Database of Investment Opportunities

In this post we’ll all try to develop a database of all the investment opportunities we want to know, we’ll also use this opportunity to ask, and get clarification on some of them. Before we do this however, I’ll like to update us all on some small investment schemes I joined in starting and how it is looking so far. As it seems, money is a big need in Nigeria.

400% returns on CDT

Based on the announcement on the Canadian diamond traders investment opportunities I announced some days back, I am glad to announce some developments. Key highlight is that everyone that joined within one week of that post has been promoted to the next level, and have 2 more levels to cycle out and earn over 400% returns.
Based on that article, a lot of people showed interests in joining the CDT team that was set up by my upline. 6 people actually went ahead to register. The good news is that all 6 of them have moved to the second layer within that time. They have left the level of miners and are now all cutters, including myself. The board as split with some of them on other boards now, but I will still continue to support them. When we cycle out on this, we’ll all reconnect together again.

The next phase is to all continue informing wannabe members by directing them to the previous post and also this post, this way we can continue to build momentum. The way this pyramid works, since members cycle out after a particular level, it has the potentials to truely be forever, as the top never gets saturated.

If you signified interest and are still interested, you can read this link, and contact the appropriate people, (me inclusive), you can also enter as many times as you want. My upline is actually in with two slots at the moment and I’m considering entering another slot after my first cycling out.

Sapphire

The sapphire club of First Inland bank started roughly. I discovered after one week of being a member that I wasn’t a member. one of my online friends actually called me from the bank and told me that the bank people told her that I wasn’t a member of the sapphire club. I traced the issue and discovered that my uplines papers had not been processes from up north, meaning that I was signed up under a non existent upline. We resolved this quickly and it took about a week for people not to get back to me again that the bank told them I wasn’t a member. This shows some slackness in their system.

Things however picked up after then, and I’ve been receiving text messages regularly, these text messages come in informing me that my account has been credited with 50 naira based on someone who just signed up under me. My account with them started growing slowly and is beginning to take geometric leaps. I’m not in the big bucks terrain yet, but I’m looking forward to it.

If you are looking for a small investment vehicle where you do the work within a month and keep reaping without working by getting regular text alerts, try this. It also will not happen as quickly as you think, but after a while it’ll begin to jump. I can safely say that my account balance has been doubling every week without being agressive about it.

Database of “Fund” Managers

I have also recieved lots of questions about other investment vehicles, some I know some I don’t. I’m never going to know them all, but all the frequent readers here have seen plenty too. I will like us to use these post as an opportunity to list them all out here, so that if anybody asks for any address you can simply link them here. Here are a few to start with.

One good thing that the discussions on the investment vehicles did was to actually open us up to opportunities that abound around.
Despite the fact that i live in Ibadan,Treasureline Interlink has been operating around here since August and i know nothing about it.But for your post and the posts from others. Now i can tell you they have their new (proper) office around here. And they are really capitalizing on their SEC listing that they re yet to conclude though. The question is still how much longer? but their are a couple of witnesses that we have around that are already paid off.

I just heard too that Mobil Nigeria is going into this kinda scheme too.You guys in Lagos how true is this?Any useful information?

Am doing some invstigation into another one called Wealthsolutions too in Ibadan? They also pay around 385% in 6-8wks.I already met with the M.D and the Chairman of the new outfit.I’ll keep all posted.

another commendable initiative by adeolu. nut dont you think we shopuld go the step further by rating them?
    methodology for ratings should include
    business model
    time of payment
    promptness of payment/response to inquiry
    etc

Good compilation Deolu. You can update Treasure Link as follows:
    Phone number: 01-8790898
    E-mail: n/a
    Web: n/a
Address: 29 Airport Road (2 houses to the left of FCMB)

    You didn’t include Wealthzone
    Address: 172, Gbagada, Oworonsoki Expressway
Web: http://www.wealthzone.org (currently undergoing a rebuild)
    Email: info@wealthzone.org
    Phone: 01-8150421, 01-8191617, 08035447271

BTW, I visited Treasure Link today. Their office is nothing to write home about. Their MD was not in and all I could speak to were 2 “data entry officers” who had more forms to process and receipts to write than answer any questions from an inquiring customer!

Hi Deolu, I have stakes in the two schemes above. wealth Spinners and wealth solutions. I am awaiting stuff from them. I have spoken to the MD of wealth spinners and he seems to have good ideas. He said his was a MLM. For now, they have their headoffice in Ibadan. Min is 13400 and you get 6800 after 6 weeks and 16k+ 4 weeks after that.

Meanwhile for wealth solution… see these extract

Tayo, you mentioned that you visited Treasure Link and their office is nothing to write home about, the truth is that only a few of these guys have good edifices as office.

Have you been to SEFTG? You will be scared to put your money there (yet is working). Same for Nospetco, (though abit better now).

But come to think of it why is it so? can we have answers?

@Josh, I really don’t have any explanation for why these guys refuse to spend money to equip their offices and present a professional image. The only office that has impressed me so far is wealthzone. It also surprises me when money managers are using email addresses @yahoo.com and the like. A serious company will have it’s website and email addresses.

@Felix, kindly publish the details of the investment which beats Canadian Diamonds.

@Deolu, real nice one on the opportunities u have listed. I’m quite a newbie on this forum

I’m interested in CDT and hav read some stuff about it but i’m still not too clear on the way it works.

Does the promotion (from miner to cutter etc.) depend on the no. of downlines you introduce or is it done on a time basis (that is, no. of wks u’ve spent on a team)?

Please let me know who I can enroll under.

@Olalekan, i read ur comments above. wont mind if u can also share in ur thoughts.

may hay while the sun shines, those that investesd in treasureline before week 24 will definitely be counting their blessing when their investment matures. though its very risky, i had to invest in week 22 when i got the info that they are likely to reduce the interest though after so many consideration.
if you are bold enough, you can always put your money in any high risk investment. As a general rule ” the higher the risk, the higher the return and likewise the higher the loss”. Only invest what you can afford to loose.

I did a little investigation on Wealth Solutions. I visited their Lagos office and asked them some questions. Office looks OK (carpeted, waiting area, chairs, etc) but the staff were a flop. The 2 ladies weren’t too fluent in English neither was the guy I spoke with. I was told that the main guy (Mr Akinhanmi) was not around. They told me they were into foreign stocks and they also have slots with Canadian Diamonds. Further questioning proved that they didn’t even know what they were talking about. I got Mr Akinhanmi’s number but I’ve not got him on phone yet. I’ll update all when I do.

From this your post, I think WSL is one of the most inconsistent programme of all: “All you need to do is invest at least N3,900.00 with WSL (as shown in the business plan below) and wait for four operational weeks which may be less or more than six calendar weeks but not more than eight calendar weeks.” In order word you do not even know your pay back period. Your four operational week could become six calender week or eight weeks or even more ( 24 weeks, 48 or even 52 weeks) depending on when another “Mugu” is convinced to contribute to the “guy man”.

    Hello,

@ Tee, i spoke to a staff of Treasureline Interlink on the reason for the reduction in the number of slots and the increase in the value of the investment and I was told it was SEC Regulation/advice to reduce the max slots to 255 and due to the amount spent in the procurement of the license, the value of the slots also had to go up.

    Hello,

@ dgr8txt – Same here, I increased my planned investment at the last minute when I got the info. It’s not always easy, but put money that u’ll not miss sleep over.

@ Ade/bdian – just take it easy, we’re all here in search of information and like Deolu said, he doesn’t know all and i think we should be ready to share as much as we know on this blog for the sake of ourself and others. I’ve always been here to check up only on the ones I’m interested in but now i’m on leave and I can see the SouthWest (particularly Ibadan) has turned to the Wild West of money spinning.

I’ll stick to the MLMs like 6k4you, the reward plan is more convincing and has helped companies lile Forever Living Product to get to where they are today.
As for the other “investement” opportunities, hey i will say, a businessman who will not take a risk will never be a businessman, also, a businessman must be able to evaluate his ability to take risk, else his business will suffer. To cap it, i must say that in business, if you cannot get your initial principal invested at the end of the deal, then do not venture into the business.
Business or rather investing in any form is not for the light of hearts or the lily livered, it is for the courageous who will go an extra mile to get that initial investment back.

This is an interesting awareness but one need to take time to look into there policy so that you dont make payment before you realise a lag in there policy which will not favour you.
On my own part i take the concept of time value of money very important,PV and FV as we know is very crucial in investment analysis vis-a-vis the return and inherent risk.
Pls be aware of the changes or rather the fall in the return being offered by Treasureline which they said was as a result of SECTRUST imposition on them. This takes effect only from week 24,so make sure you ascertain the week your payment fall into so as to know whether the new rate is applicable to you or not.
I give kudos to Deolu Akinyemi for his well done job for his wealth of information he has brought to our fore,it really changing people’s life and the entire responses of people in this group.

    fellow nigerians,
read this carefully. all these noise about the treasureline or wealthsolution is not the solution. but everyone has to face the fact. there is a law in the book “48 laws of power” that says “despise the free lunch”.
a lot of peole had already made it through these agencies while i believe some are still waiting.
the interest appear too high and it just so hard to believe. but i think anyone that gets involved in this buisness should be ready to bear the risk. afterall, business is all about risks.
the day one a friend called and told me about it, i only laughed and made a fool of him. but i was inturn the big fool when he appeared in his maxima.
so already i have invested a token or i have risked a token and i am just watching how the scene is going. if i am lucky and i have my returns, i promised myself not to do a second one and if it is the other way round, well, i learnt a lesson.
so, in summary, presently it is real but i dont know what is going to happen tommorrow
    so, look before u leap

@ Midi, That’s a nice advice. But looking at this I saw it as a play that defied the laws of demand and supply. The co-ordinators of this investment schemes are playing the with the law, the advice I can offer is that one should only leave the amount s/he is ready to loose. Whenever the bubble bursts the pyramids will collapse. Only the newest contributors will fill the pain while the old investors will smile and be grateful that they have made their profits b4 the bubble bursts.
In as much as I think over it, I felt that the only investment that can pay such high interests or more than that is the Casino or Baba Ijebu as it is called in Lagos based on the fact that you are able to speculate the lucky numbers.
One thing I understand is that men who doles such high interest rates can hardly be trusted with money because when money came into the hands of men so easily, they might know what to do with it, as the only alternative is to gamble with it. If the gambler lost all his money, he might not filled the pain only those that contributed the money will suffer most. While if the gambler continously win a jackpot. More clients will continously invest on his speculation.

    hello guy,
My advice is that if you want to invest in any company, first of all get anwsers to these question – how long have they been in business, 9 years (Nospectos) as confirmed by an article, What product are they marketing or selling –oil & gas (Nospecto) , Finally, has any previous customer or employee complained – to the best of my knowledge No atleast for Nospectos.
so guy , I’m planning to invest 3.6million into nospectos mainly because I got answer to these question even from independent sources. so the ball is in your court, but like others have advice invest what you can afford to loose that is to say if you loose you won’t loose sleep over it. Thanks

    Hello Guys,

I have been following visiting this site after my investment in these High Yielding Investment Programme (HYIP).

Please note that nobody is sure of what these people do with our money – especially those that are given more than 10% per month. I invested in Wealthzone and minimally in Wealth Solution and Sefteg. Sefteg are not very organised, while Wealthzone appears to be more customer focused than any of these 3.

I had the opportunity of discussing with the agent that I used for wealtsolution and he mentioned forex, gold and bla bla – but he is not sure of what he was saying and he requested me to speak with their MD but I have not seen him after that day.

Sefteg moving to VI is a plus to them but I think they need more than a location change. We do not have to rejoice over this as if care is not taken, they are on their way out by the move i.e. increasing their overhead. I heard they have stop paying referral without prior notice to members! I guess, this is to cover the cost of new office. But I got my full pay for this month – so I will say they are still performing.

    To be continued…

I will really like to diverge from the seeming penchant of a lot of visitors to this informative blog about investment opportunities, to exihibit lack of creativity about investing. Yes, the pyramid schemes are very exciting and quite risky, but come to think of it, im yet to get suggestions from persons with regards to other forms of lucrative investing or clean and legitimate businesses?

I happen to be an author, mainly by chance, if i may use this loosely. However, i stumbled on the opportunity that lay in this perpertual wealthzone because i went an extra mile, i bought a CD in October 2006. I havent exhausted the opportunities existing on this CD.

Last week, i happened to be in the office of a very wealthy property speculator and a suggestion from him got me thinking real hard. He suggested that my boss get some funds, say about N800k to N1mm and buy an acre of land around the Magoro – Mowe axis (the third viable triangle of Lagos expansion, only second to Lekki-Ajah axis and Ikorodu) and then try to divide it into seven plots – creatively of course- (originally u should get six plots), he added that she should get the plots surveyed, and then hold for about two or three months, before disposing. He said he started in similar circumstances but now he doesnt touch any thing that ‘s outside Ikeja GRA,Lekki, Ikoyi & V/I.

The flip side is that a lot of people might think starting with a million is much, guess what, u can team up with about 2 or three trusted persons and take the plunge. Dont forget, u can never lose here.

    Another way out is to use this criteria to determine a considerable moneyspinner;
1 – A business which has existed for at least 50 years and still has to be done
2 – A business which is antiquated and nobody seems to take note of this
3 – A business where a niche can be created.

Businesses u want to consider which DO NOT meet these three criteria will likely not outlive you. So take a close look at those PONZI schemes and match the criteria to it,assess at your talent(s) and match, then match it with the land thingy, SEE? Also if u MUST consider any tyoe of business, better make sure it can match the criteria, else you’re dead meat!!!!!!!!!! Long Live the Republic of Bloggers!!!!!!!!!!!Long Live Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have gone through your comments and I have to submit that they are incredible comments. The one that intrest me most is the NOSPETCO. I have come to realise that the higher the returns on investment the higher the risk, but all the same one needs to be carefull because money is not easy to come by.

One thing you forget to include in your comments is that there is another investment within NOSPETCO that you invest only N150,000 for a returns of N12,000 every month.

just to hint u a bit on the real gist concerning the effc scare. its so true that about 10 of these so called HYI are being investigated..there is actually an instruction to all participating banks maintaining these accounts to temporarily froze them in otherwords there is a post no debit instruction pending …this however does not stop the banks from accepting deposits into those accounts since they are not obligated to refuse your deposits. so the customer does so @ his own risk.

i will keep u guys posted if i get more info…but it will be much relieving if anyone that has collected his/her payoffs for april particularlly for tresurelink/wsl steps forward to intimate d house

    Hello Folks,

I wrote to WEALTHZONE to find out whether all the bruhaha is true or not. Here is the excerpt of the mail

    I got back from them:

“Thanks so much for your mail and your desire in knowing the exact position of things. The truth is a unit

in EFCC is carrying out investigations on the accounts of finance houses and investment companies in

which we are one, the investigations will not take time. This is necessary to sanitize the industry, so it is a

welcome development. There is actually no cause for alarm, everything is under control.

Thanks so much for your concern.”

I LOVE THEIR LINE SAYING “This is necessary to sanitize the industry.”

    i hope this post helps!!!!!!

Who Knows about Spring of wealth in Ibadan. It seems they are in some kind of trouble with Efcc. I cant really say but their office was locked up and aggrieved subscribers to their investment are apprehensive already.

I called one of the ppl in charge and he said there accounts have been frozen by the EFCC while even wealthsolution is paying ppl as at last week

    Who is fooling who?

I spoke to an agent of Wealth Solution who told me that it’s true that they are being investigated. He confirmed to me that they have been in exitence for about 5 months and payment have being made when due. Although many people know about wealth solution I am yet to find someone who have been paid for their slot or anyome who knows who has being paid since this company started.

    @ifeanyi,ITA and all
Sup Gees, is been a while i worte, well i took my precious time to put hands on keyboard , well well Ifeanyi u raised a very fine question as in if anybody has been paid during this EFCC investigation period of long wait, and if i am Right ITA has answer your question correctly, is only fair that we used the said time to know if things are working out even with EFCC breathing down their neck(sefteg, wealthsolution, slivertrust, nespecto..blablabla).

I just did mine sefteg and wealthsolution barely 2 weeks ago, before this EFCC saga started, i ve a pal outta Niaja that owuld have loved to invest also, but then, one has to be careful on how to PRo for these investment houses, so i really want to know more SERIOUSLY, Which of the investment house is released for Business cos right on my desk is STOCKWATCH that runs through MAY5 2007, and on the front page , right hand side it was EFCC FREEZES ACCOUNTS OF NOSPETCO, SIX OTHERS,TO PROBE THIER ACTIVITIES………..

Dear House, this is of major concern to me, can somebody tell me the paper that wrote about thier account now been operational, if not, from which account those people that CLAIMED to have been paid, paid from.

I am not against it ohh not at all, just wanted a further confirmation, i will be happy if guys get thier money back in good time, please revert to me, if u gat news for me.

    Thanks n good work adeolu

    Queen,

You do have every right to be scared, but you see, the name of the game is “Risk Taking” .

The agents are only after their own commisions from Silver trust which i think is a percentage of your invetsment from the company to those agents for ” managing your account” as it were and something like a referal commision.

I can only advice you not to pay into any personal account.
You can receive your silver-pay directly into your account if you have one with Intercontinental or GBT. take care.

“SANITIZING THE INDUSTRY IS D GAME FOR EFFC” concerning the frozen HYI ACCTS . And i think investigations into these HYIP by our local crime commissions is a welcome development. it helps to give credibility to those HYI that survive d claws of mallam ribadu…

anyway d word from a reliable source of mine in one of these participating banks where most HYI maintain their accounts, is that tresureline, nospetco and a few others have been cleared hence the release of their accts…. i ‘m also certain about payments made by sefteg this month but i cannot stick out my neck yet 4 tresureline /WSL payments 4 the period in question. so has anyone in da house collected his /her payouts from wsl/treasurelink 4 may /june .. pls holla back

Hi guys, I’ve been following up on the posts on this forum for sometime now and i must say it’s really been interesting getting all the different views and I must admit that it’s really been helpful for my investment decisions.

@Kharis, I would like to know how you registered for silvertrust, cos I don’t live in lagos and this idea of personally showing up to register + ID card, + collecting your cheque in person, etc.. is a bit strange

@deolu I’m eagerly anticipating your investment club, for real, i think with your knowledge about how these things work, you will make a credible investor, and I’m willing to take the put my money behind you (I’ll be closely watching it though 🙂

I can confirm that Wealthzone paid for the month of April (during the EFCC saga)

Still looking forward to hearing more investment ideas/opportunities, afterall, whats life without risk? He who dares, wins!

I am wondering,,, How come most of these HYIPs are located in Ibadan? Is there something going on in Ibadan that we in Lagos are not yet aware about? Of course some are in Lagos but the REALLY tempting ones are in Ibadan. Such investments are not for the faint at heart. Some risks are worth taking and i don’t blame anyone involved in these investments. We gats to make it right?

    Hello kharis,

I am writing to seek more information based on your post on the 2nd of May.

First and foremost, congrats on your silvertrust payment. I am interested in the silvertrust scheme as well and have reviewed their website. I intend to make similar investment like u did. (129units = 307,000 with payoff 951,960)

However, I require clarification in the following areas:

a>. Thanks for the phone numbers but do you have an address for their office around the Lekki axis. Have tried the Lekki guy Gbenga but the line doesnt seem to be going thru.

b>. The 5 weeks stated: Does it mean 5 operational weeks or 5 calendar weeks?

c>. How did you collect your ID card after registration? Did it come from the agent or did you have to go to their office (what office)?

d>. How do you identify genuine agents? What kind of ID card should you be looking out for?

e>. Why do you have to submit your PAYSLIP again 3 days before your payoff date? Don’t they already have ur records?

I know the questions are pretty long but i would greatly appreciate ur response. U know for some of us…this investment capital is all in all…u know now.\\

    Best wishes

    Hi guys,
We are all putting in funds left right and centre…..i want to believe that what everyone is putting into these schems are funds you can afford to loose. If i am correct these are schemes adequately labelled HYIP (High Yield Investment Programs). i can assure you that all those that have sprung up all over the internet are very fraudulent, depsite the existence of a few good ones…..now the problem is, how do you identify the good ones…..well, im not trained to look out for thier flaws. I will remind everyone with stakes in this, a word is enough for the wise……invest only what you can afford to lose cos when “they” strike, heads will surely roll……take out your prfits and invest in real estate and maybe shares….if you inderstand that market….else….

People remember they feed on your greed. do not use your inheritance, or borrow your parents pension or take your society’s money, invest only what you can afford to lose and play the best game.
without a doubt the schemes do not make sense ,we all know that but before the bubble bursts get in and out fast.
When will the bubble burst you ask? Well my friends that is the element of risk and chance that only the originators of these grand schemes know.
play hard and enjoy-after all it is a game of chance -do not let your life depend on it!

    Hi guys,
The Silvertrust agent guy in lagos is gbenga(08037063498). I called him and he described his office address as follows:
Rogen investment company drop at jakande roundabout, walk straight through the market and get to where they sell meat. there ask of rogen investment or babaalajo(thrift collector).
I was actually there and its a small shop with just two tables and a fan.
Also u must have a GTB account in other to get ur money paid, else i was told to come and collect cheque when my money mature in 5weeks.

hi guys,i am happy about this our forum and strongly believe there is strength in numbers.i am afraid of this silvertrust investment?if they are so real, why dont they borrow money from the bank since their return will be higher than any interest rate.
moreso, its not impossible for us to start investigating some of this companies privately then share our opinion so as to be able to exit at the appropiate time.
    i welcome any suggestions.

So sorry guys, Had been away in Abuja for a while(with no access to the internet- with my boss on a welcome Ya’radua bahaha) Remember Robert Kiyosaki advises we keep our day job .

Now emmanuel dearie, that was a long line of questions. but I’ll try to answer what i can.

Now, the agent guys in Sliver trust won’t ever strike you as anything intelligent. Infact, someone said It’s even worse if you meet the ones in Ogbomosho the head quarters.

All i did was to follow a friend’s testimony who was hell bent on Silver trust.

I called up, Lawal in Lekki and the office clerk i sent to do the reg for me actually got lost on the way.

Agent Gbenga Lawal (08037063498) is the agent in Lekki.
whose address has been dully given by yomi earlier in this thread.

(Rogen investment company drop at jakande roundabout, walk straight through the market and get to where they sell meat. there ask of rogen investment or babaalajo(thrift collector).

But for me, who resides and work in Apapa-Festac axis lekki was’nt a good idea, I finally got Agent Tunde Abraham (08077880139) ( slow a little, but honest guy).

Now, emmanuel, if you think Silver trust had the luxury of employing some Cum laude master’s degree graduates from Harvard , Yale or cambridge to handle all your techy questions, well, pally think again .

You’ll be given a silver pay slip at your registration which must not get lost. your identity card will be issued at the same time ( mine is still unlaminated up till now)

If you have an account with gtb you’ll receive a direct payment and if not you’ll get a cheque in “the name of the payee on your deposit slip” any further questions. Pls. send me a mail on shikena..

…and i wanna plead with anyone else who gets paid by silver trust to please share the testimony oooooo.

I began dabling in MLM’s more than seven years ago. I must say Igot my fingers burned the first time I tried. The problem ususally is that at some point, the trail starts to get cold and if the company does not know how about keeping the interest rate not just high but climbing, at some point, the amount of money that is needed to pay off might become larger than what they have. That is the point where they normally cut their losses and run.
What I would like to know is if there is some form of guarantee for getting your money back when such happens.
Banks are the most secure places to keep your money and to invest in, yet they have insurance for their clients “just in case”.
So i think these guys should start thinking of introducing some form of insurance.
Apart from boosting confidence, it will also ensure sustainabilty for them.
    What d’you guys think?

You want to make 250,000 naira from 2500 naira in 9 weeks and you want insurance with it. People like you just make me laugh. The best that can happen is that you will be one of those to make money from the schemes while a lot more others will lose. That is the only insurance you’re going to get mate!!!

    I hope that helps.

It is now a full time Job to have contact with all this 29 HYIPs!

    HI All and Adedeji,

The information (research) i am working on is to do with the Registered HYIPs, The CBN are about to close down non registered establishment.

THis research is meant to be highly confidential, until the national newspaper detailed it today.

The registered HYIP will survive for a long time base on the Logistic and modus operadi. But the Unregistered one will soon go ponzi , if they want to . (except they get themselve registed wih all required documentation) since CBN has their details through the banking activities.

Curently myself and my team are working on one to one confirmation programme (not reallying on ear say!!).

Out of 29, 16 has been clared (registration confirmed) . But guys, before you ask,….. i will like to complete the list(research) before i detail my findings/report for the forum.

The cost of this research is solely funded by me….i need to protectmy investment!!

    Thanks for your understanding

I was planning to send some money home this week so he can help me invest in the High Yield schemes, but he asked me to wait till next week. He said something about Soludo clamping down on these schemes.

So you guys actually believe that Robert knows 19 HYIPs that have been cleared. I wonder why we lose our sense of reasoning with every whiff of money. Someone just comes and announces that he’s investigating, bla, bla, bla……….. and he’s going to print the names of those cleared and you’re all waiting anxiously. Do you not even think that it might be an agent of the HYIPs trying to create confidence in certain HYIPs. This is a faceless interface and I believe we should be more circumspective than just swallowing anything.

Have you noticed that on all the blogs discussing HYIPs, immediately anybody posts something a bit negative about the HYIPs there are usually 2 types of responses:
    1. “please who knows the account number of ……………., I want to invest heavily in them”, when the info being sought is maybe 2 posts earlier
    2. Personal attacks on the person who posted such as if the person is the one that’s going to stop their payment.

Anyways, my personal inference is that there are agents everywhere on these blogs who are doing a damn good job at spreading good vibes about HYIPs for the unsuspecting and the gullible that believe Father Christmas is up and about in June turning 2500 to 250,000 in 9 weeks.

YES, only father christmas will do that as any normal-blooded person with such ability will keep all that money for himself and not share it out to the public FOR NO WORK DONE!!

    @ Ajala and all,

The beauty of this forum is that, everyone has an opinion and possibly an agenda by few.

With reference to Ajala recent comment. I am glad to inform him that he is wholefully wrong on his post if his opinion is i am not investigating the HyIP at my own cost.

What he is right about is the fact that i (or my Team memeber) am an agent to a number of them. This is specifically for my own fund not an agent to the public.

There are few people in this world who take calculated high risk with precision and efficiency.

Some of us still say what we do in honesty and stand by it. be it right or wrong.

You can read along the line mr ajala.

The Two days NLC Strike has slown down my work, i shall be in touch soon.

    See you at the top!!

Hi guys,i really believe comments on this blog should be based on evidence of facts and not mere personal opinion or ear say. Please if anybody has any substantial information on the interference of CBN,then such should be boldly displayed on this blog.To me personally,i believe the interference of CBN will only strengthen the system and hence develop investor confidence in this scheme just as it was in the banking sector. There should be no cause for alarm. My advise to all will just be “Invest Only what you can afford to loose and don’t borrow money to invest in these schemes.

TL don’t pay into any current account, or thru bank draft/cheque. You need to open a current account with one of their operational banks. After opening the account, go to the office you registered, and write down your name and the new account number in the notebook provided containing the WEEK you registered which is displayed on the front cover. @Deborah,

Pennywise do not operate on calender week( One week is NOT equal to seven days on their operational week).

Currently a single operation week is running at 21 days, This will also get larger (longer) as we progress to larger and larger payment weeks.

Hope you can read along the lines.

This Ambiguous scenario also apply to alomost all the hyiPs institution due to the modus operandi of the organisations.

Also, if you have intercontinental bank on your file with pennywise. you need to visit their office for immediate change of bank details (or contact your agent).

Intercontinental Bank has stop paying PW Client due to contractual issues between them.

I want to say that investors should be cautious. There are many agents promoting the investment houses on the web and as such they spread all kinds of information.

I am an investor myself with over 4 slots in Nospetco. They paid returns for 5 months but are owing for two months. April and May returns are pending but hopefully they will pay. Why they delayed payments for two months is not clear to me.

I have investments in Wealth Solutions , Seftec . These are not due for payment yet. I will let you know when I am paid.

    Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

I just came across another Nigerian-based HYIP, but this one is quite different, though they also claim to invest in Forex, Telecoms, Oil & Gas, Local & Foreign Stocks, and Broadcasting Houses Partnership.

First of all, they have a website (http://www.yourinvestmentexpert.com), and to invest there, you have to register right there on the website. After registeration, all details regarding your membership will be accessible to you via the members area. In other words, you can monitor and control your investments 24/7 in this HYIP.

Secondly, they accept different forms of payment such as wire-transfers, international checks, Western Union, e-gold, e-bullion or Hatfield Oak.

Thirdly, you cannot register without being referred by an existing member (check their website to confirm that yourself). So for those that are willing to invest in this program, use this number in the referral field while registering: 010010310227

Fourthly, this HYIP is based in Lagos (not Ibadan, LOL :D), and here is their address: 19 – 20 Salako Str, Lagos. And here are their telephone numbers: 234-1-4802084, 08023093485. You can check their contact page for their e-mail addresses as well.

Lastly, the minimum capital you can invest is N650,000, with which you’ll get back N1.625m in 120 working days (sounds reasonable, doesn’t it?).

You can check their website for more details. You can also visit the FAQ section to satisfy your curiousity the more.

I wish you all a happy investment! . . . and do not forget the rulez. 😉

P.S. I’m no agent of theirs, and I’m in no way vouching for this program. I just felt I should bring this to the notice of the ‘big boys’ and risk-takers of this community.

    Cheers.

Guys beware of this new online investment o.u can easily loose your money.how can you forget 650k for 4months-120days.this is the one with the highest risk so far.i know people will do it because greed will not make you see the loopholes in it.At least ,if you are being paid every month like many of this scheme, your risk reduces per month and you can relax.
i invested in sefteg and i have been paid twice,by the time i get the third payment i will not have lost money even if they stop payment by then.
Guys use ur head to make money like dangote or femi otedola and not use ur greed, there is an element of greed in everyone but please tame it and always weigh the pros and cons of every investment.
best of luck to everyone and deolu baba, pls comment on this before some people go astray.
i want a situation whereby when all these schemes collapse we will all be smiling to the banks.

    @ lateef,

I may be wrong, but I still think this is the most reasonable of all the HYIP’s so far. It is the one with the lowest risk, considering the fact that it seems very realistic, and you can even monitor your investments online 24/7. Unlike the others, they are not promising very high returns within short periods, which *probably* means that they really invest the investors’ monies into what they claim to invest in. However, even if they are a ponzi, I believe they will last longer than the rest of the HYIP’s in town, because the minimum investment is almost a million naira, and with so many people coming in to invest, as well as the low returns that they offer in return within a long 4 month period, they will be able to keep paying for a very very long time.

Zenon we know,Portland Cement we know, Nospetco and others we are trying to come to term with, we need more than a web presence and why must it be on referral system? I have been sending people to their office everyday with no progress.

I know more than 6 people who have written in to Nospectos to withdrawal all or some of their slots. They have not paid them even though the letters were written minimum of one month ago from each investor.

open your eyes people, conduct your research properly. Nospectos have not paid me back some of the slots I requested for and I am now thinking of writting to them to withdraw all my slots.

    @ DaGuru,

They have an office. It’s not just an “online thing” all through.

    @ lateef

I think the problem here is that most of us are already used to the incredible returns offered within very short periods. Most of us cannot afford to wait for so long, only to get a low ROI. But however, looking at this from a business point of view, I still maintain that this is the most reasonable of all. The others really seem unrealistic to me (apart from Treasureline and Nospetco) because I really wonder how a “company” can afford to turn a few thousands into millions within a few weeks, if they aren’t involved in any shady deals. Look at Mutual Funds for example. You only get about 60 – 100% ROI after about 6 long months. Now, that’s what I call REALISM. Guys, let’s disengage ourselves from grips of greed for a moment and think about this carefully. As I said before, I am not vouching for this program in any way. I am only against the thought that this program is most likely to be a scam because the investment maturity duration is long, the money involved is high & the returns are low, whereas, it is indeed the most realistic of all.

    @ Titi,

In Economics, goods/services are usually targetted at certain classes of the economy (For Whom to Produce). In this case, I believe it’s targetted at the rich only, so it definitely isn’t for everybody. If anyone feels they cannot meet up with the requirements, there are what we call “Substitute goods” in Economics as well. And in this case, they are Treasureline, WealthSolution, PennyWise, Sefteg, etc. One interesting thing though, a renowned Nigerian payment processor – WorldPaypal, has an account with them. I got to know about these guys through WorldPaypal.

As regards your question, I think they only just started last month (May). You can check their website for more details. They also have their contact & email address and telephone numbers there.

    Hi all,

Have you heard the latest jist about our HYIPs?…. The Combination of Soludo and EFcc has mandated them all to have a cash base of N500 Million in CBN account (result of last week meeting that i promised) Plus all other registration Formats.

The goods news to us and HYIP establishment is that…they have been granted permission to operate as long has they are paying their mandatory capital base in instalment over the next 18 months. Deadline before any action against them will be December 2008.

The Other news is …some of them still refuse to register properly, rather they operate as a Company to the public, while really what they are doing is simply an agent to bigger HYIP Company. But if caught they simply rise up and show the authority their agency code and contract (Not breaking the law).

Overall, this Hyips will survive longer than we all anticipated.

I am here to help anyone who need further advise confidentially on specific company. For security reasons, i will not disclose publicly details all my investigations. But the summary is …majority (over 80%) are registered properly, Paying their CBN capiatl base currently on instalment , while the others are approved agent(legal) but masqurading as an individual set up(illegal).

If you are making this type of statement i think you should drop your contact so people can hold you accountable for this type of claim because my guy, you may never know the number of people who will rely on this statement of yours.

    Guys,

Like i always say, please lets keep our eyes open as we go into these things, i know not everybody is like some of us who like to know how these things work before we go into it but at the same time let’s try and take calculated risk and not just anyhow risk, please.

    @david,

Megawealth site is constantly overloaded due to traffic. Guess a web base company will attract investors all over the world. they are constantly upgrading their size(MB). i have spoken to them on few occassions. just keep trying after few hours or call them to confirm if they are upgrading again!!.

The jury is still out , but i confirmed from their office that you could be withdrawning your cash divindends every two weeksto your fastecash account or bank account). because i will not have much hope if i have to wait till end of 120 days before i can touch the bonus.

Contact me if you need further assistance.

A brother gave me this site, and i am not disappointed at all.I took time to read about 85pacent of the responses, and iam impressed that people (youths) can be so organised and matured in there responses even when they are not seeing each other.DEOLU KUDOS. On the subject matter, nothing ventures, nothing lost.I know 2 people who had invested and have received their returns. One with TL ,other with SILVERTRUST.I invested in pennywise ( minimally) becos the contribution is low and returns is high. I think it will do this forum good, if we could get a list of the Reg. HYIPs . One ROBERT says he is working on it, i think we should encourage him.

does pennywise increase now mean that if you had 2 slots with them , then you will be cut down to 1 slot because it is now 5000 for one or do the old customer get to keep the number of slots they allready have . and has anyone received nospetco payment for april i heard GTB has started crediting there customers today.

I got this and it is very true

I went to transact business in first bank this morning and i discovered that they are closing the accounts of nospetco and others

In my opinion the banks have ganged up to kill nospetco unfortunately according to the manager that gave me the info they have had their accounts for years and they never defaulted but their bank is very insincere.

I also think that nospetco and others should team up to fight what they should call a threat to their business by the action of the banks.

All having one claim or the other should please know that they are likely paying very late this month especially when we may need to change from first bank.

Nospecto is still the best of the lot. As you all know Nigeria is a country filled with copycats and if you have a successful venture/business, people will strive to copy your success.
Eventually most of these investments/funds managers who are all trying to copy Nospecto will skip town with people’s hard earned money especially a company like pennywise.

Anyone heard about the proverb…..Pennywise, pound foolish. If Pennywise gets like 100,000 people depositing 5000 naira each, that’s 500 million naira and he/her is off to one island in a remote part of the world to live forevermore in luxury!

I am not against people trying to improve their living standard or grabbing opportunities when it presents itself, but you have to balance your risks with abit of sense. I have slots in Nospecto and some others so don’t say I’m not a risk taker but I invest what I can afford to lose and do so with caution. I recently joined Open Gate. As most know, Nospecto is here to stay, check out their business model and their plan for their future while Open Gate is a new entry to the market and new entrants always deliver ’cause they need the good publicity. I invest my money in these companies very early and take them out as soon as I get my interest with my initial capital.

A company like pennywise is just out to scam people. They are going to capitalise on the low value of their slots, firstly it was 2500 naira before it became 5000 naira….still not a lot of money in the scheme of things as most people would say.
I live in England and inasmuch as I’ll rather have pounds in my pocket than pennies, I’d rather be pennywise than pound-foolish!

    Hello Robert,

I’ve been following your comments and analysis on these schemes so far. There are quite interesting!

I think I’m picking interest in the Megawealth investment, but I need a few clarifications.

    (1) Is 2500 the maximum amount to invest, if not what’s the maximum amount?
    (2) How can you help me to open a fastecash a/c and what type of a/c is it?
    (3) How long is the four stages of payment put together?
    (4) The two million returns, is it on only the 2500 or multiples of 2500?
    (5) How can I register for opengate and wealthspinners?
(6)Do you have an idea of their (opengate and wealthspinners) slots and payoffs?
    (7) Do you know why wealthsolutions keep extending their week 17?
    (8) When exactly is week 18 commencing?

Looking forward to your feedback. Thanks

    DARA

    @ seun,
going by what u just said , i smell a rat somewhere, i just hope this isnt a ratty-affair, if they deduct without course us(investors), then is uncontratual and will make peopel lost faith in them. i also got a gist from a pal that even sefteg has reduced the % they will be paying, hmmm that is LUDACRIS, where is the damn investors right we ve been talking about, i am made to believe that CBN has mandated that they should be paying some money to them, that is also unacceptable if the deduction will b done on my peril, anyway as it stands, one has to keep to thier terms then if u r able to cash out then you can kiss them goodbye, if not………

    To All ,

Yes the braeking news from Seun is absolutely real.
    The news just being released.

Treasuline will pay all week 25(pay off) on wednesday 13.06.07, but a new format of payment start with this group.

You shall receive your payment, but only 60%of total pay off expected).

The balance of 40% will be automatically re-invested for you for for week 26 (and pay off week 30).

But again, you shall receive 60% of advertised payoff figure. with another set of 40% invested on your behalf for week 31 (pay off week 35)…..and it continues.

Brothers and sisters, let us look at the positive side.
    1) They are able to pay off with bonus (be it less than expected)
    2) you are AUTOMATICALLY expecting another set of pay off after FOUR operational weeks.
    3) And another payment after FOUR operational weeks for ever (Until the rules change again!)

    4) Their operational week will NOW be faster due to less liability (spread over and over ).

But if you prefer, you can also argue they change their mutual agreement made at week 21 till date. But this guys need to survive. Can only pay fund that is in the Bank account (hopefully invested!!)

    See you at the top

I must however say, that nothing that is being said here reflects my personal opinion. I have not moderated any of the comments because I want a freedom of expression. It does not mean I agree with these investment schemes. Some of these things are not investments, but Gambles.

@Lateef, sorry for not responding to you earlier, I’ve been very busy, and not been reading the comments here, it seemed people are having fun. I like your idea about the stock market thing. If you are willing to lead it, I can create a post for it for you. Are you game?

well, if these financial institutes or should i say money investment organizations are real… then it’s a great opportunity for graduates who have no jobs to start their own businesses. and i also want to suggest that the payout time should also be reduced becos some interested investors who have no money would want to borrow money but cannot wait for that period of 2 to 3 months time to get their profits back becos it’s a borrowed money with iterest from the creditor.

pls if u guys can have a review of this….

    cheers.

    Hi Guys,

Sorry i have been busy with my team at Abeokuta research. The Fund manager is embarking on their registration in all faces. Guess reasons for the delay.

Hope to open this weekend, I will keep you posted.

    @ Olusola Isiade,

I have your number, i will call u in the morning, ref: yourinvestment.com

    @ Dara

Some of your request can be filled via email due to limited space (mail me at robertadegoke@yahoo.com)

Briefly, you have no limit of investment at megawealth, you could create account ID per N2,500 many times as u wishes.
each N2,500 will qualifies you for over N2 million.

I can assist with fastecash funding, you do not need agent for megawealth to be a member

The 120days claim is actually 120 working days excluding weekend and many bank holidays. this is technically 24 to 26 weeks (5 to 6 months).
Bonus paid to your account (fastecash) monthly or special GTB interswitch card

WS is entering week 18 as you are reading.

Good day, thanks for all the information. I invested in wealth solution sometime ago and i got to find out from this blog that you must have an account in any of the accounts wealth solution operates.

I used my Zenith current account instead of my GTB savings account becos my agent told me that i cant use a savings account that it must be a current account.

I called the agent up to ask why he misinformed me and he said that they just made changes and i have to write an application letter requesting to change my account from Zenith to GTB.

Am due to collect my money in week 19 and i want to find out if writing an application letter and all will not delay my payoff cos this people can be very funny.

Hope to get a reply soon.

    Hi Nike,

Just spoke to my maga agent with Wealth Solution…

They currently use the following banks
    a) GTB
    b) Oceanic
    c) First bank

My advice,is upgrade your GTB accountto current today.

You will need to submit your small slip soon for payment for week 19.
This new account (GTB current acc no ) will be detail at the back of the slip . A letter attached will also help.

    His name is Mr Akin…. 0806305 1293.

Hi people. I just found out that opengate has reduced their payments. It’s now three payments of same amount invested. That is, if u invest 20k, the 1st payment is 20k, 2nd 20k and last payment 30k.

As regards Silvertrust, i invested something last week and here are my observations:

    1. They dont have an office in Lagos. What they have is an agent who uses the address 9 Okesanya Street, Papa Ajao. They just have a couple of tables and chairs there, and once they register u, they dont give u any slip cos they have to take it to their head office in Ogbomosho. Once they sign and stamp ur copy, it will be returned to you.

    2. The nos of the agents are:Mr adeolu 08022335524 or Mr tunde 08077880139.

That’s all i have for now, but once i get my payments, i will surely let all of u know.

Take care and have a gr8 day.

if it makes some sense…a group of about 5-10 people can pull funds together on a monthly basis…and invest such funds in any profit making venture….

    areas to take advantage of:
    1. stocks
    2. real estate
    3. SMEs (provision of Short term loans at a rate a bit lower than what the banks have got to offer).

list is endless…investment clubs will rule the future…let’s join them now when the bullish trends have not yet begun…I see growth potentials…

    @ALL,

I strongly advice, that you desist from investing in these HYIPS, and stop marketing them to others too. The bubbles are bursting already… (Some of these programs need about 1trillion naira now to pay the next week) and the war that is foretold doesn’t kill a lame man that is wise.

PEOPLE WILL CRY ABOUT THEIR FOOLISH DECISIONS, PLEASE DON’T BE A PART OF THE WEEPING CROWD.

The investment market in Nigeria is doing well, you can make 300% returns in 3 months if you are informed… these HYGPS/HYIPS are neither stable or sustainable. Warren Buffet’s laws of investments says, 1. Never loose money, and 2. Never forget rule 1.

All investments go with risks and as it is generally known, the higher your return the higher the risk.

If you’re investing in an investment you do not know too well, always invest an amount which if you lost, you will not loose your sleep.
As earlier said a word is enough for a wise.

    Dear all,

I have been reading your comments for a while and up until the last few days; I have found it really enlightening and on the large part very positive. In the last few days however; I have began to notice some scare mongering and base on that some investors are requesting for their money. If everyone ask for their money at the same time, of course it is going to be difficult for these HYIP to pay. I think it is foolish for everyone to start asking for their money back at the same time because of scare moggering because it will lead directly to the exact thing you are trying to avoid. imagine if everybody close their accounts at the same time with the big banks, even they will collapse.

In my own opinion; I believe some of the returns are unsustainable. The reason they make them so high initially is to attract customers; later they adjust the returns to a more realistic one. You don’t honestly believe that anyone will continue to pay you N250000 on an investment of 2500! However the returns are still quite good even after it has been reduced. We can;t be too greedy.

I think the slight differences you may have been observing is due to the banks ganging up against them. I think the banks are foolish to do this; afterall we are paying these people through the bank and we get paid through the banks. So they are gaining from the whole scheme. Another reason may well be because CBN has asked them to pay some money; and this will make them take a second look at their mode of operation.

Please for those you who have fears; maybe you shouldn’t have invested in the first place. All business minded people no that you have to take risk but of course with some caution. Nothing venture nothing gain. Leave those of us who are brave enough to invest and stop discouraging people.

If you can’t stand the heat; get out of the kitchen.

    All the best.

Kudos to u all, especially my gr8 friend Akinolu Akinyemi! Well it is great to have great mind to empower people… note that he who empower others empowers himself.

Let keep this good job moving… but we need to form a preasure and monitoring group that will measure and watch the performances of these HYIPs, despite CBN and other financial monitory institutions duity. We own ourself duity to secure our hard earn money!
Criteria should be made. which should include:
    *Program qualitity
    *Web site
    *Securiy policy
    *Risk reduction
    *Continuity
    *Payment efficiency
    *People’s rating etc

I think i love the likes of Megawealth business model, it should be commended, but no doubt still need to continious improvement!

There is no way to pull out. It’s late already. Once invested you have to wait and pray. As is Im equally worried ‘cos I’ve some investments due in week 18 and 20 as well.

The worst fact is that the agent that helped me enrolled is not even picking his calls, who knows maybe he’s on the run.

U know when I invested, I already assumed that money was lost, though substantial. So I’ve already built some shock absorbers. Anyway, all hope is not lost, they may still pay.

I would advise you to look for anyone that want’s to invest in Pennywise and see your teller to them, even if it means selling it for 4K.
However, going by the posts of Walade and Bebe (the last two comments preceeding yours), I’m not sure anyone would want to invest in Pennywise because “enu wa ti fe” which you could literally translate to mean “our appetite for these HYIPs has become insatiable” hence people are looking for Unrealistic and Over-blown return on investment in the shortest most unachievable time possible.

If Walade and Bebe’s comments are true, then I believe it’s still worthwhile cos you get 31K for every 5K invested……..that’s 6 times the required investmentt.

Anyway, a word is enough for the wise………Don’t Invest What You can’t Ignore!!!!

See You ALL at the TOP!!!!!!

    hi all

It’s true that penny wise has reduced its payment . I read it today in the Tribune. they claim its a new development in accordance to the decisions of regulatory authorities. From week 16, they will now be having three (3) operational weeks as against nine (9), and their operational week will now be 15 working days. For those who have invested before week 16, they say there will be a palliative measure to be applied as regards to them, i.e those who register in weeks 9&10 will get a pay off of N15,680 and N23520 respectively at week 16.

On week 17, those who register at weeks 11 and 12 will get a pay off of N23520 per slot, while at week 18, N23520 will be paid to those who register at week13 and 14, the same amount will be paid to those who register at week 15, on week 19.

New subscribers will earn N2470, N5880 and N23520 beginning from the third operational week (15 working days) ending on the fifth operational week. In a nut shell, subscribers will receive their full payoff of N31870 per slot as against N251,390.

    Break down is as follows,
    week Bonus
    1 2470
    2 5880
    3 23520
    Total 31870.

I hope this answers some questions. We all know this is bound to happen on day, I still believe it is worth investing in, they too want to remain in business, and of a truth, they bonuses they have been paying before now are so HIGH.

    Nice day.

Even if it is slow and steady, is it not in dollars. Let me stay with this. slow and steady wins the race.

    hey guys wake up!

When u will all realise that the fastedte way to make moeny is by doing the work yourself?

First and foremost, you will appreciate the returns

Second is that you will be able to control the factors which determine your end-result!

HYIPs in Nigeria are facing these sort of times because the time must come for everything which lacks substance. Im sure a good number of would not believe it that our dear sefteg, nospetco and the likes have Clubfreedom slots and are reaping you HYIP adherents off! If only u wld realise that u could make the money by yourselves (as much as 3000% on your invested capital), then you will look for only genuine referral programs for making your cool money.

I am sure many of us has heard the recent Bank PHB promo of Opening accounts for people known to you and qulaifying for a raflle. Now that is pure referral marketing or network marketing so to speak. I must also confess that a very reputable bank has introduced a similar reward scheme to drive the sales of its e-business and card businesses.

Thus, i must say, if you wish to make clean returns which will not give you palpitations in the case of a downturn, then you should seek out a network marketing program which suits you. Network or referral marketing will rule the future of marketing! Dont be discouraged about the HYIPs, just take a leap and move up high into referral marketing.

Take note, guys that visit this post especially, can u recall anyone on 6k4you or Clubfreedom expressing worries and regrets or payment delays on any of these posts? Maybe there’s something there you need to check out. If you care for a demonstration of the dynamics of a network or referral marketing program, pls mail me at morakinyob@yahoo.co.uk or buzz me on 8796304. You’ll be glad you did.

My problem with these guys’ reduction in the expected dividends of each subscriber is the agony of a breach of contract. Accepting the slash in returns without raising any alarm to this effect might also give other HYIPs the boldness to dash the subscribers’ expectations on returns. I think the earlier this issue is looked into the better. We must raise alarm before it becomes harmful.

Well, I was at the Positive Movement International (PMI) in Ikeja today and during a conversation with one of their co-ordinators, she ascertained the fact that they have no problem with the EFCC because they have followed the due process in respect of their business integrity. Well, I couldn’t wait to confirm what due process was followed with the EFCC because of the crowd. Another appointment was scheduled with her, by next week monday and hope to feed the house back with the details. Meanwhile, you may go ahead and invest your N2,500 per slot which is expected to earn you N40,000 after 28 working days minus weekends and probably public holidays. Moreso, you can just do what the bible advised us… “WATCH and PRAY” afterwards, give rest to your heart.

Lest i forget, be careful about whatever u invest in so called Forex HYIPs, they’re nothing but scams. Their modus operandi is simple, they’ll operate for a while and then keep crediting your account with them. To prove what im saying, i will ask that you attempt to make a withdrawal. If you are told that u need to reach a limit bfore withdrawing, jsut forget the money u invested and scram! The site usually disappears after a few days!

    Be warned!!!

    Hi All,

an update about how far i went with forexresouces. I was at there office on monday though i find it a little diffcult locating the office, i met and spoke with the guy incharge. They really knows what the are doing. He took his time to explain to me how everything works and i also understand that they train and mentor people who wants to join forex trading as well. I joined with N30,000 after giving them my deposit slip, signing the agreement paper and was asked to come back for my id card. So in the next 65 day i am expecting N120,000 in my account. The only thing that i found intriguing was that their office was not fully equiped, just some computers chairs and tables and he told me that they are working on making the office look at lot more presentable. if you want to check the out, you can visit their website for more information. the site is http://www.forexresouces.com

Talking about clubfreedom, can someone do a simple arithmetic and tell me how many slots in all will make you cycle out immediately. The way i understand it works is that you market and invariably look for people to make you climb and finally cycle out. Hence, do I need up to 25 people (13 people in feeder and 12 people in main) to cycle out? if yes, it means $5000 should give me $6000 which is fair enough in 7days. And of course, subsequently I can pay less to cycle out since I’m not starting from the feeder system. Can anyone confirm this position? Or may be it doese’t work that way.

    2000
    2000
    2000
    4000
    4000
    6000
    6000
    8000
    8000
    10000

that is times your amount of slots…
which amounts to 50000 for every slot at the end of the operational weeks…you will of course drop ur account number

    Hi Olawale,

I’m not an agent of penny wise all i said was copied from the tribune newspaper. what i understamd from what they said is that they no longer work with the rule they laid down at the initial stage, people who registered from weeks 1-5 will have the promised cake, but from weeks 6, you have to dance to this new tune.

Their operational week is 15 working days i.e. 3 calender weeks, so my advise for you is that you should just be patient and take whatsoever they give you, there is little you can do. As you know this is a risky business but you just have to take it as it comes.

    Thanks

    Investors ALERT
    Dear All,

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has taken a decisive and definite position on the activities of suspected dubious deposit takers and money lenders, otherwise referred to as wonder banks.

Their activities have been banned while the full weight of the law will be brought on the perpetrators.

Addressing financial journalists at the end of the meeting of the Bankers’ Committee in Lagos on Tuesday, the director, banking supervision of the apex financial institution, Ignatius Imala, said the institutions are not licensed under any Act and by that have no right to operate.

The wonder banks are mushrooming in major commercial cities of the country. They take deposits from the public upon the offer of high and unrealistic interest. Most times, they promise the customer a doubling of his initial deposits within the next one to three months. That makes the discerning public view the transactions with suspicion.

Imala said the CBN would within the next one week sponsor advertorials in the print and electronic media to alert the public on the dangers of patronising such organisations.

“The circulars have been passed. Action is being taking to run the messages. The public is warned to patronize community banks, microfinance institutions and the post consolidation banks as they remain the only ones licensed for that purpose,” he added.

Meanwhile, the CBN is taking steps to strengthen the circulation of……

I invested N307,000 wth Silvertrust on 27/04/2007. I was expecting my returns 5 weeks after as promised at week 22. But to my amazement I have not received a dime from them. We are now in the tenth week. Week 22 had since passed.
The agent who isssued me a receipt on presentation of my deposit slip is one Mr Gbenga Lawal. He has permanetly switched off his phone no 08037063498.
I tried opening the website to see if i can contact anybody at the Headoffice to lodge the complaint but to my amazement all the numbers stated as contact of head office at the website are ALL SWITCHED OFF.
Could this be the bubble that we are expecting to burst?
Will Silvertrust pay me for reinvesting my mony since this is the 10th week of my investment (If at all they will ever pay?)
That communication is impossible already send a wrong signal!
I will not loose my money that easily! I will fight to get my money using all avenues.
The owners of the company should expect my action anytime from now including the agent. I will not leave any stone untouched.
Even if I must loose my money( which was a probability abinitio), Let it be on records that I used the last drop of my blood to recover it.
Fellow Nigerians, Please beware and learn from this!

    @ Oluwole

Gbenga silver trust agent in lekkin Ajah is a dubious guy. I invested 307 grand and i jus got my payoff in wk 23 with mushin agents and i have even re invested 614 grand. My agent is very trust worthy. I have also someone encountering the same problem with gbenga. his payment is due in wk 22 and yet he got no payment from this stupid guy as i am talking now. You can call adeolu my agent to confirm 08022335524 that silver trust had paid wk 22 and 23 investors thru there agants . Silver trust might have transfer the money to the agent then is left for the agent to settle all investors that register under him. So go to gbenga office and go and get him. He is a fucker. I am sure silver trust already pay him. Beware of hyip agents.

Swiss Cash is HYIP. pure and simple. HYIP is HIGH RISK. Fact. Even if they are around for 3 years, experience has shown thay all still turn to scam eventually. The question is when??
Their ‘still paying’ status does not tell when they will stop paying.

Only invest what you can afford to lose. Don’t be greedy and take your money out FAST.

Hey guys! I want you to know that SWISS CASH is a scam. when ever i come across a new information I do my own private research. So my findings on SWISS CASH can be found on this website http://www.sabahan.com/2007/04/17/is-swiss-mutual-fund-swiss-cash-a-scam/
this is a little extrat from the website,

The Switzerland embassy in Malaysia & Singapore denied that the scheme is registered in Switzerland . Here’s the full warning issued by the Swiss embassy.

The Swiss Mutual Fund (1948) and or Swiss Cash are not registered companies in Switzerland . Until proof of the contrary, the Embassy doubts that the remarks about these funds and their historic links to Switzerland as outlined on their original website are genuine. The original website is indeed registered in the USA and the contact telephone number is from New Jersey (USA).

It is obvious that this company uses the denomination “Swiss” in an illegal and fraudulent way to attract customers .

Moreover, the promotion of the fund seems to work via agents on a MLM system which appears to be close to a Pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are illegal in Switzerland .

The Embassy does therefore not recommend these funds as an investment opportunity.
Finally, I want everybody who is into investment to do
