Reward and Recognition

In Human Resources Management, the topic above is very familiar. We need to understand how we intend to reward and recognize our people. Different people are motivated by different things, hence people developing reward systems need to be aware of what people consider as rewarding.

In the theory of motivation, there is also what is called Herzberg’s hygiene factors – Some things might not be enough to make you leave a company, but they are enough to make you not think of leaving. What seems rather amazing however, is that the things that are hygiene factors are sometimes thought about by many as motivational factors. Herzberg was able to identify some of the elements classified as hygiene to include: company cars,  salary, relationship with boss or subordinates, status and security. Does this shock you? He then identified the real motivators as achievement, recognition, work itself, personal growth, responsibility and advancement.

This month, also being the birthday of this site, I am in a great mood. Hence aside of the competition we currently have on, that will help people to win some fantastic prices, I am hereby announcing an experiment to reward and recognize the most courageous risk takers on this site. This experiment is open to only 10 participants and it’s on a first come first serve basis. You are about to be pleasantly surprised!

I am offering to give the first 10 people to indicate interest in this, an opportunity of sending in N50,000 each to me, and earning N220,000 in 90days. This offer is better than what any of the current investment scheme offers, and it is guaranteed. On the dot of 90days exactly you will get your N220,000. Don’t ask about if you don’t, that is why it is an experiment. I will make sure you get it, whatever happens. Deadline for payment is the 30th of March. You will be required to pay into a First Inland Bank account I will make available for you.
How do I qualify?

To qualify for this, you first need to be among the first 10 to indicate interest. Then you will perform a little task of mailing some of the articles on this site to as many of your friends as you can. You will use the email this post link on each of the articles. (In other words a little marketing of this site). If you mailed the highest number you will get recognized in addition to your N220,000. You are required to mail posts to about 100 people (like 3 per day). If not, you will still get your money, but will not be considered for the experiment again in the future.
Can one person buy the 10 slots?

No! The whole purpose of this exercise is to celebrate this site, and launch it forward into it’s next level. One person cannot get more than one slot. To be eligible you also need to have evidence that you are not a first timer on this site.

If I indicate interest and can’t pay before the deadline what happens?

The next person on the list replaces you, and then the next and next in the event of multiple defaulters.

Are you out of your mind?

LoL – Even I, feel like picking one of the slots for my mum (I might:)). Let’s say I’ve thought about this, and I know that experiments help us to get models perfected.

If your experiment fails what will happen?

I will ensure all the participants are paid their N220,000, I would also have learnt the lesson from the experiment while making my loyal friends, supporters and strangers happy. At the same time, people would have marketed this site and I would be helping more people.

How will we know what happened?

Exactly 90days after March 30, I will write a post referring to this post and sharing a detailed report on the success or otherwise of the experiment, prior to this I will also be giving heads up on progress. It’s an experiment, so I’m taking a number I can handle.

Shall I say, welcome to Nigeria’s first online reality show :)? Things are just beginning to become really interesting. Can you feel a rush of adrenalin? Let the party begin! Just briefly introduce how long you’ve been reading… and say you are interested!

These are 14 names already. Like I told you, this will be on a first come first serve basis, and on the basis of haven been regular on this site. The first 10 have the opportunity of paying before Wednesday the 28th of March. Any of them that defaults will create an opportunity for the remaining 4 in the order of their sequence.

I really wish I had more space to accommodate all of you, as I really appreciate all of you. What I can promise however is that we will have another experiment like this, and you’ll be first on the list. I could also give you an opportunity that will double the 50,000 for these 4 spill overs (I’ll still need to think about this)

Payments can be Made into my First Inland Bank Account
    Acc Name: Adeolu Akinyemi
    Acc No: 08037228919

Please don’t send money here except you are part of the first 10, except you want to give me money 🙂

All the best, and welcome on board.

    Imagine!
That is 400% in 12 wks.Sounds like Treasureline and Wealthsolutions? And imagine the number of people that are willing to experiment with 50k.
What about the people that that are saying bring as little as 3,900 and you ll get payoff guaranteed.
When i met with the Chairman of Wealthsolutions who i know to be so vast in MLM,this was the question he asked me,why do you think MLMs fail? 2 things he said.
1.people has to look for downliners that doesnt always work hence funds stop coming
2.the organisation’s continuous payment of residual income so that at some point they wont be able to meet up.
He said these are the 2 problems they are solving with wealth solutions.
They get the funds, spread on a 2*4 forced matrix and the funds keep coming.
And i must tell you Deolu businness ve been really good for them.
And for the investors, for now they re smiling to the bank.A guy around here just bought a brnd new car this week after collecting a pay off of 4m.Investors should only pray that Clubfreedom and CDT dont suddenly close down their portals.
so this is it.if we re trying our hands on this fine, just dont forget me when u get to your kingdom o.at least fro this classified info.
and if any of the 14 cant meet up am in and available.

    @ All,

I’ll first want to thank you all for your interest in this offer. Like I mentioned, it is an experiment and I can only take care of the number I’m sure I can personally pay if it doesn’t work out as speculated. When this experiment works, I’m sure there’ll be more. Freelance, Ayodeji, Jumoke, Albert, Kehinde, Tolu, Lolo, Makinde, Abiola, Michael, Toyin, Dare, Kunle, Debra, thank you all.

I’m also touched by the number of people who have been reading from here regularly. I really can’t reward you all. Thank you. I’ll appreciate all your efforts in getting the information in this site on to others. The more the merrier.

Debra, N50,000 is $380 in American currency and N220,000 is about $1720. Yeah, I believe in win-win.

Please note that as soon as payments are made, I will go on working on your money, while you ensure 100 people receive posts from this site every month. I work on your money, you work on the site… Thanks.
