Think about it, we have moved very far from where we started as Holidays and Cash, 2yrs ago. 2yrs ago, there was only one product in the privilege pack, 2yrs ago, the company started off with a coalition of the willing, 2yrs ago, it would have seemed that none of us could have imagined what we have today, but some of us did! Every reality has two creations, the first creation is in the mind and the second creation is the actual creation. The things we struggle at in life, are the things we try to create the second time, without the first creation. If what you want to build is a small hut, rough sketches are good, but if it’s big, you need to plan. Huge mansions have great plans, the bigger the reality you want created, the more attention you must pay on the first creation.
Today, we are yet again on a historical junction. A place from which we can again see the future, and then go out and make it a reality. A wise man said, “don’t build your castles in the air”, a wiser man said, “build your castles in the air, that’s where they are meant to be, only be diligent to put the foundation under”. We are at a strategic point in the history or our great company. Avenues to Wealth is about to explode in numbers, we can confidently say that today, we have the structures in place to support us as we take on our next level. In the mind of leadership, our goal is 200,000 distributors, our mission is to make life better for others and our strategy is to pay forward the same impact we want to be passed on within our network. Please don’t be a spectator in these realities, also don’t wait to be invited to the table. Get involved, participate, bring yourself to the table, today, opportunity beacons, to be relevant, serve! In this great time of visioning and implementation, our greatest challenge will be unity. Many will create distractions, some will cook up reasons for others to lose faith, some will even form themselves into oppositions. There will also be lures from new companies, new opportunities and “new”. Make no mistakes about this, we will have attrition, some seemingly important people will leave our teams. The grain of seed will abide alone if it doesn’t first die. Increase is preceded first by decrease. I urge you in these times however to be focused and persistent. Unity of language is impossible without unity of vision. Ask questions if in doubt, don’t meddle in emotions, ask for the facts. No matter how thin we cut it, it always has two sides, never make judgment based on what someone said, investigate things carefully and get the benefits of multiple perspectives. Our best days are ahead, but they will not come without challenges. We must brace ourselves and get prepared for great days. Remember, once our vision is one and our language is one, there is nothing that we cannot achieve.
I see you becoming more, helping more and earning more. This is your summer season. The season of abundance in which you gather and store. Don’t allow anyone to rob you of your possibilities. If you have the desire, it’s proof that it’s possible. Desire is possibility seeking expression. Go for it!!
