This is coming as a digression and a distraction from my rest and vacation, but I need to address this quickly, before my silence is used as a marketing tool by some. I just got a call today from someone who heard from someone that I was claimed to be the leader of a particular MLM, this is absolutely wrong! I had taken a public stand by making comments on some particular posts on this site, indicating my lack of belief in some of these programs, if that does not read clearly enough, let me further add my thoughts here.
I also got a mail, from one of the most authoritative persons on the nigeria net today, asking me if my position on some online programs won’t affect my good name when they come crumbling. I replied him, explaining my stand, and I think all my friends and well wishers online also need the insight of my response. I love the way business is moving online, it’s giving many youths a chance and it’s creating the long awaited alternatives to yahoo-yahoo. Hopefully, the plans for giving the Nigerian youth a voice will be achieved first from the internet. Nobody needs to really agree totally with me on my stand on any of these online businesses though… it’s MY stand, and I’m just a little part of the universe.
Canadian Diamond Traders
Background
This was the first program I heard of online and the first I joined. I joined directly on the main board. I marketed it without fully understanding how the boards worked. I relied on my up line. The program has my N70,500 in it, I’ve been there for over 5 months, and I’m yet to cycle out once.
My Stand
I think it’s a good program and has managed to last for 5yrs plus. I haven’t profited from it because I didn’t take time to understand it well, the initial amount to get into the program was high (just got to find out later that there is a feeder program) and possibly because not long after joining the program, I saw Clubfreedom with 6k4you as feeder and really liked it. I believe in focus, so as soon as I joined CF, I slowed down almost completely on CDT.

Background
What won me into this program, was the hint of ecash invest which was supposed to be a little secret that would come up in 3 months. I knew that if I joined and didn’t even cycle, I would at least be well positioned for an investment program that will stabilize the travel program. This is the only program I know the developers of, to an extent and trust based on what I know. I joined the program 21st of March 2007, and it’s been a good story since then. I have cycled out a number of times since then as well.
My Stand
I think it’s a great program. It’s the only program I can confidently stand in front of any audience and market. It’s also the only program i market online. I believe the addition of ecash-invest makes it the only program in that category that can last forever. They are not putting themselves under any pressure of guaranteed income, and they are celebrating their first year birthday tomorrow. Things have gotten a bit slow on some board now (in Nigeria because of distractions), but I am sure it will pick up speed with ecash invest, before the year closes. There is also a no loss situation now, as ecash invest looks really promising, and people can recoup their CF membership and ecash invested funds easily as ROI. I am also not Clubfreedom Rep for Nigeria, a guy that joined 6 months before me is. I am representing them for ecash invest, and happily I love it that way.
Diamond Cash Club
Background
I was signed into the program by some friends. They paid for me, signed me up, and I only got the password long after I cycled. I think it’s a creatively developed distraction from CF (I understand the creators had links with CF), and wasn’t well thought out. It’s a program that cares a little less about down lines, as soon as you get to the main board, your down lines don’t matter.
My Stand
I think it’s a copycat scheme, that wasn’t well thought out. I have never marketed it online or offline. I think all such types of programs will crash after some time, the only thing that could stand them out is creativity to develop something to give it quick sustainability, which is what CF has. With the introduction of DCC version 3.0, the owners of the program just crashed it themselves, who will join you on the one you are on, when they know there is a better one? I advice you run from it, or market it letting people know it’s gonna go the way of Nigerian HYIPs. I hear Nigerians constitute about 90% or more of their clients.
Getaway Club
Background
I was signed up into this as well. I agreed to go along, so I can at least give an unbiased view, so they don’t say, I don’t understand. I told a few people about this letting them know I got signed up into it, but informed them all that I thought it was going to crash, and I thought the boards were to many. I cycled out of it, but with as much down lines as it would have taken me to cycle out Clubfreedom 4 times (I’m not exaggerating).
My Stand
I have never marketed it online, and I have done all I know to warn people off entrusting their credibility on the program, the program is too people consuming and I fear it will slow down and depending on the management, crash. I think it’s also another copycat scheme, and the breakage they control (amount between coming in and cycling out) is too much. The name is also scary… getaway…lol. I think they might just do what they’ve always said they’ll do.
Investment Programs
There are tons of these on the net. My tip here is, don’t invest into a program, invest in the credibility of the owners. Look at the chain that links you to them, check if real human beings are involved, be in touch with someone who has direct links with them, and you can trust what he/she has to say. I was shocked when I heard Swisscash had crashed, I had been tempted to invest, but just never did. I heard the guaranteed income they were giving probably turned them into a ponzi scheme. Be wise with your investments. Ecash is a next global big thing in my thinking, but again, it’s my simple opinion.
Summarily
The only program that will shock me if it crashes is Clubfreedom, and that is because I know enough to think they are built to last, particularly with ecash invest in the picture. That is the only program I also authoritatively approved, and this was because I knew that ecash invest would add stability to the program. Some people have got themselves stuck, because rather than take it as a network marketing program, where you buy only as much as your marketing strength, they turned it into an investment program and bought 30 slots. The only way out is marketing 30times more.
I know what it feels like to join a program, and be stuck somewhere in the middle, this has happened to me in CDT, I don’t blame anybody for it, it’s all my fault, and it’s stuck today, doesn’t mean it won’t be out someday. If any of my downlines however feels that I am at fault for his getting stuck, I am willing to to hear that one out and compensate appropriately.
For all the other programs, I offer no remorse. I don’t think they are built to last, at least not yet…and I really don’t care, I personally prefer to stay focused on ecash-invest and by inference CF. I also prefer to stay with my CF downlines.
I hear some people are peddling news that I’m the leader of one program or the other, they are lying. Don’t let them use me to market you oh.
Thanks for your support and encouragements.
