Two frogs, a young one and a old one had the misfortune of their pond drying up. They searched around for days without luck, and were almost certain to faint if no water in sight.
Just when they were about to give up, they stumbled on a deep well with water. The little frog was excited and about to jump in, and was stunned when the old frog pulled it back. The little frog couldn’t contain its shock at what the old frog was doing and asked in desperation what the problem was. “This is water, in a well, more water than we have seen, what could the problem could be?”.
The old frog explained, this is water true, but look how deep and how low, if we jump in now, how will we ever be able to come out?? Duh!!?

Lessons:
1. Before you start, have the end in mind
2. Don’t let desperation enter and close doors of a house whose doors open only on the outside.
3. Think things through, have an exit plan for failure and a celebration plan for success.
4. Ask, after this, what next.
