Once upon a time, in a small village in Africa, there lived a young boy named Kofi. Kofi was ambitious and full of dreams, but his village was poor, and opportunities were scarce. Despite this, Kofi had a goal – he wanted to become a successful businessman and help lift his village out of poverty.
One day, a wise old man in the village told Kofi, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Kofi took this advice to heart and gathered a group of like-minded individuals who also wanted to improve their village.
Together, they set a big goal – to build a thriving market in the village that would attract traders from all over the region. It was a daunting task, but they were determined to make it happen. They worked tirelessly and faced many obstacles along the way, but they never gave up.
Finally, after years of hard work, the market was complete. It was a beautiful and bustling hub of commerce, and traders came from far and wide to buy and sell goods. The village prospered, and Kofi’s goal had been achieved.
As the old saying goes, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Kofi had set a big goal and achieved it, but he couldn’t have done it without the support of his community.
“The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones.” – Confucius
What is your big goal? What is that thing you want to achieve that requires the effort of others? Do you need my help?
