Nigeria For Sale!!

I have always joked with some friends of mine, that Nigeria is currently in a selling phase, and they they had better stay around and buy a portion of Nigeria, as the prices will be going up in the near future. Then it was a joke, but today right before our very eyes, Nigeria is on sale.I’m sure you are wondering how? Don’t worry, I’ll not leave you wondering for long. Nigeria is being sold plot by plot, the wise are buying now, fools are making excuses and the ignorant don’t even know what is going on around them. Reading this here already places you ahead of many, but you’ll only stay ahead not when you know, but when you take action based on what you know.I honestly thought it was going to be until the end of the year before we embark on this type of project, but quite frankly, in what looks like a miracle, we are embarking on it now, and in grand style. Listen tight because it’s going to be a game of cash and fastest finger. The New Nigeria Club just secured a deal with a property development company for a land mass allocated and mapped in line with the shape of Nigeria. We are making this available to members only at the lowest prices available in the market, and we are selling parts of the New Nigeria City 1, state by state. The plan is to make this area a tourist attraction, and to involve State Governments and Companies in the development of a prototype Nigeria where everything works. If you are as excited as I am about what’s happening, read on.

3 weeks ago, in one of our NNC meetings, one of our members, Mr. Chidi Okocha, voiced an idea that we should be considering a New Nigeria City sometime in the future. Well the future shrunk from the point of making that suggestion until last week, when someone brought a land allocation to our office with rivers dividing in the manner of river Niger and river Benue. Immediately I saw it, my mind began to race on the possibilities. We can have a Government Reserved Area (GRA) in every state. Each state can use this area to develop around the concept of something special about their states. Ekiti can have the school (fountain of knowledge), Benue can be a mechanized food production zone (foodbasket of the Nation) e.t.c. We can make these areas available to either interested state Governments or people with political interest that can finance the development of their model state. This New Nigeria City will be a 24hrs powered city. This will finish very quickly considering that we sold over 300 plots in 2 weeks ahead of Christmas. Apart from the buzz of the having a tourist Nigeria City in one of the cities of Nigeria, the potential of doing this same thing in every state in Nigeria can do a lot for us in terms of unity. People can live in Sokoto estate situated in New Nigeria City in Port-haccourt. I know you must be wondering that this land will be expensive, sure it will, but not for New Nigeria Club members. Land in the area we have this land currently goes for about N1.8million, but NNC members will be paying less than 1/3 of that and they’ll have the opportunity of paying over 12-18 months. It’s going to be a function of who knows when it’s kicked off on the site, and who has the fastest finger. We’ll also be limiting the number of plots one person can buy in any state to 1, as some of my colleagues in the office who got to know during and shortly after the Negotiation are willing to buy off entire states.Let’s build a New Nigeria together. It’s going to become difficult to join in the future, no doubt, and don’t say we didn’t tell you so. Think about it, you don\’t loose anything when you join, you gain and gain and gain. Don’t wait until a plot in New Nigeria City costs N50,000,000 join the club now… And if you are a member and don’t have money… go ahead and take a loan. Watch the space… Selling commences this week. www.newnigeriaclub.net; as sponsor, use your friend… if you want to come under me… contact me.

    Welldone Deolu.
I am happy this is happening so soon.
When we were discussing the real estate opportunities in Dubai if you remember ,I suggested nothing stops us acquiring a land parcel along Lekki corridor to create our own “Paradiso” where the beauty and designs will only be limited by our imaginations.
Yesterday is in the tomb, tomorrow is in the womb, today is a bomb- nothing can stop an idea whose time has come.

    D,

Happy new and congratulations on ur many exploits and achievements so far.

I am interested in joining the new naija club under you so please furnish me with details on how to proceed so as to take advantage on this offer and others you are working on.

A little digression, what’s going on with GFS? There has been little or no communication as to the progress or otherwise of the club and the proposed format for its operation does not seem to have been adhered to.

Also what is the latest with the deals on International Energy Insurance and Globe Reinsurance which we eagerly bought into.

I still have a lot of faith in you but let the infectious enthusiasm you instil with your many bright ideas and noble projects be accompanied by inclusiveness and regular updates even if and when there are hiccups or go slows.

Keep up the good work bro….

I have clicked on the link for login problems several times and have seen a message that my username and password would be mailed to my email address but I never got any email.

Can someone help me sort this problem out.

This is a Prototype of a MEGA CITY. Anybody with Dubai history will quickly rush and join this prestigious Club NOW in order to have access to this Land and be a proud owner of (New Nigeria City) at the cheapest lowest price offer now!!!.

Dubai Palm tree Estate (popularly called the Palm Islands) started without anyone believing it will established itself as a holiday home haven, a regional hub for finance and trade, a notable tourism destination and even a centre for technology. People with foresight quickly bought into the ever growing property market and today they are smiling to the bank and they will still continue to smile. A good information is worthless unless action is taking. ACT NOW……..

There are great expectations about the future which will be reflected through Economic growth by tremendous impact of foreign investment in this Country. I see the NEW NIGERIA CITY as a MEGA CITY in the near future that will attracts foreign investors.

The fact that the land was mapped in line with the shape of Nigeria makes it more fascinating. It’s a prototype of a mega city.

    This is a welcome development

Please secure me a plot in Ekiti State.

    Up NNC.

I m still wondering where and how the idea of NNC came. If it has originated from the power that be, that will not bother me. The fact that it actually did not come from the people at the helm of affairs and the power that be kept me wondering and I still believed God is the motivator, he just decided to use the initiator as a wheel to make a positive change in this Country. God is really at work, because in the course of marketing, people I met and discuss NNC with embraced the project and I have never met anyone who condemned it. It has been termed and accepted as a National Project, I am just wondering if the Government or the power that be, now or in the near future will not hijack this project to create a good name for themselves (anyway, whether that will happen or not, what my concern is all about is that the objective will surely re realized at the end of the day). The project is bigger than what we can see now.

I met with one or two people in power some few days ago, the way they accepted the project and the assistance they promised to render actually portrayed that this is a project President of this Country, Governors, Senators, Honourable, Commissioners, Obas, CEO of Companies and people who have passion for this Country (Nigeria) will buy into. I have been strategically positioned on how to get this noble objective across to the people in power and I know God will surely help, it’s just a process and a matter of time.

The project is more than the Deals, the Boards, it’s seen as a National Project by people that matters that I have came in contact with in the course of my marketing NNC and I want us to work towards realizing this. It is a sacrifice that we must all be committed to. It might be a bit slower now, but with time the objectives will be realized, it requires just some patience and little effort from each and every one of us who first buy into the ideas.

It’s an idea that will be embraced by all and sundry in this country. Infact, when I look at the targeted population of 5,000,000 Nigerians I laughed, it’s going to be uncontrollable.

This is real National Project whose time has come. Nigeria and Nigerians are in for good.

Please be committed to the struggle.

If every single individual buys the noble objectives of the NNC, we are probably on the wrong lane.
I counsel we convert the sceptics or is the sambalats in love and not in harshness .

    @ Bunmi

I think minors (below 18 years) should keep off from posting comments here, afterall this should be meant for matured like minds. I consider Bunmi as such in terms of his mentality even if you are an adult, you should still be considered as such, because of your IQ prowess. I wonder why somebody will post such a comments here even if the whole ideas of NNC seems unclear, past write-ups is their to glance through or rather contact a member of the Club to enlighten you, rather than the way you keep on rambling over the whole project.

I will advise you to go back to Remand Home, Oregun and Modupe Cole to make yourself available to those lives NNC added value to and put forward your questions whether, we were there to share Gana-Must- Go or to pomote NNC as NOSPECTO or an Investment Scheme/Programme to clear your doubt before making any defamatory comments. You should have also make yourself available at the Ballmoral Hall on the 1st of January, 2008 when we all left the comfort or our home for the NNC Launch, may be you should be directed to the EFCC Representatives who gave his speech at the Launching venue to clear your mind on the issue.

My first advice is that when you visit Modupe Cole and Remand Home, try as much as possible and donate a reasonable token because I believe you are real Naija to the call, you must also have passion for this Country, kindly do that for the wards there, they need your help, may be then you will understand vividly what NNC is all about.

My last advice for you is to tender a reserved apology here, to all souls who pray ceaselessly, sacrifice their time and money daily and, who also act towards the realization of a better Nigeria, that is save for us to live not to leave.

After your compliance to the above, I will make myself available to explain further the whole concept of NNC or you make yourself available at the Manager’s Office for details explanation about the project (NNC), even better still you can still contact any member through this site for detailed explanation.

If you fail to do this, I think the souls of Nigerians clamouring for freedom, even the generation unborn, who are praying tirelessly for a better Nigeria, will not forgive you.

    I rest my case.

    @ All
What do we gain by posting defamatory comments here?

The fact that people are freely allowed to express themselves does not mean we should be destructive in our comments. In as much as we can not all be optimistic but we should try as much as possible to be constructive in our comments/argument. Why do we have to live in the dark age of Old Nigeria when we have New Nigeria on ground already? Let us build our Country Naija with our comments, words have power.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof (Proverbs 18:21). Whatever you say will surely come back to you.

    @NNC Members

I posted some few comments here some weeks back that we should expect critics, some are meant to be pessimistic and nothing will be done to make them an optimistic person. The likes comments/arguments of Femi/Kayode/Bunmi are just baseless comments that cannot hold water.

Anyway I see this as a check on our actions and our stand. In as much as we will continue to have tares among wheat we should be resolute in our struggle, we cannot afford to fail, people are watching outside there.

New Nigeria of our dream has come to stay and nothing will stop us, not even thousands of souls will do.

We should be committed the more to the struggle, we cannot afford to fail. All eyes are watching.

Thanks for taking your time to read this.

Hi,i’m a member of nnc and have posted a few time on this blog.on one occassion i had a problem with a downline i registered for and deolu was nice enough to personally (or at least I think he did) reply and explain and for that i am eternally grateful.
It was in the light of this that I asked kayode to bring his problem to the blog, maybe I shouldnt as it seems that freedom of speech is no longer welcome.
Problems arise in any sphere of life and noone is blaming Deolu for anything so I think some people really need to backoff!I dont know Femi from adam but I do know where he’s coming from.I had to refund someones money for clubfreedom because I personally guaranteed her that she would cycle by the end of last year. This was inspite of the fact that I hadnt cycled myself and still havent by the way but I honestly believed(and still do) it would happen.
If Femi wants to express his grief/regret,let him.At least he said his piece in a decent manner!
Please, please and please,I’m not here to join issues with any1.Kayode is a friend and I was his sponsor. He didnt join for the money(in case thats what you are thinking) but he did pay N30,000 and I believe he deserves his money’s worth! He has been unable to login and is a nnc member! If you can’t solve his problem,be advised to keep quiet and hold your piece!
P/s:there is a lady who saw his post and has been trying to help and for that I thank her.Don’t even know her name!

Sorry Ope, you are missing the gist, the person (kayode/Femi’s) post was not posted, I just put a response here initially so he could read it, since he had, I removed it. Nobody is talking about your kayode… this was about someone who isn’t a member of the club but was speaking very negatively about the intentions of the club.
