How do we play offense with our bodies and our health?
Simply by discovering and utilizing the five main forces of our body to predetermine our health and life.
What are these 5 forces? How do we marshal them?
1. Nutrition – This is the foundation of a healthy body. It can determine how long you’ll live.
2. Hydration – The fastest way to improve your health is to drink water. We are mostly water, our brain is 85% water.
3. Oxygenation – This is the only thing we cannot live without. Industrialization has reduced oxygen levels by 50%
4. Alkalization – This depends on scoring 3/3 in the first 3 and has a soothing effect on our tissues
5. Detoxification – Just imagine that the trash collectors (LAWMA) in your area don’t work for months. Do you get it?
Everything you want to do right with your health is captured by one of these forces. Imagine we have a community where every day we are scoring ourselves over 5, and moving gradually from 1/5 to a steady 5/5. Would that interest you?
