The last HR Training course was attended by 18 participants and was really very interesting and exciting. The participants learnt a lot, formed a healthy network and have become the first set of alumni of many more HR MBAs (Methods Becoming Actions) to come. The participants have also not ceased to send us mails about how much of a difference it has made in their approach to HR. In fact, one participant had become so much more valuable to her company that she had a salary review just a week after the training. If you find this shocking, that makes two of us 🙂
