Some days back a friend of mine called in from the UK and to inquire about some things. I’m no longer a stranger to these questions. Who is SEFTEG, What is Treasuline Interlink into? What do you think about Nospetco? What about Wealthsolutions or Wealthspinners, I hear you are doing something as well, what do you suggest? Talk to me my friend, not the online gist, personal advice for your friend that has a healthy risk appetite but doesn’t want to throw away his money.
What makes people think I’ll give a different advice to people online than I will to my friends? I actually won’t, I personally try to the best of my ability to be consistent with all around me, friend or acquaintance. I value a good name above riches…and you can be sure of where I learnt that from.
After I analyzed things for my friend, he decided to go with one of they HYIP’s, he wanted to earn big and quick, at the same time he wanted me to manage it for him. He proposed that I should invest the money in HYIPs on this behalf, tell him which I used and he’ll pay me a percentage of his returns for my help. That since my eyes are closer to the market, he’ll want me to help him time it. I was also very clear to him, that these schemes were time bound and that if any went burst with his money in it, he would not hold me responsible.
After a week of discussing, my friend sent in his money, he agreed to my terms, and I to his. He’s far away, and doesn’t want to be left out of the “goings-on”. He also decided to invest less than he discussed with me on the phone. In his words, this is the amount I can afford to loose. Investing in some of these schemes is like gambling, you hit some, you loose some. When spreading your portfolio however, it is better you balance it along the lines of risk as well. Don’t put all your money into HYIPs except you stole the money!
This deal with my friend and many other requests and meetings after it opened my eyes to some interesting realities and I think this will benefit some people. Particularly those who have been reading on this site for long and have been salivating at how much knowledge they have, but have been powerless to act on these information because they don’t have money. Don’t loose hope, this is for you.
1. You don’t need to have your own money to invest, you only need to be trustworthy. There are many people out of the country and many others not in Lagos who want to take part in whats happening in Nigeria. You can be very transparent with them on where you are putting their money and earn a smaller percentage of their returns for services rendered. If you don’t trust yourself, I’ll be willing to help you.
2. You don’t need to be in Lagos to benefit from whatever you want to benefit from. All you need do is be willing to pay a service charge (usually on returns not investment). I’m sure that apart from myself and my people, there are people on this site who will be willing to render service as well.
3. There is an opportunity to get more money into our economy from overseas. Your friends and colleagues overseas have credit cards. This means they are entitled to using money that is not theirs, at charges less than you can make for them here. If my friend for example is able to secure some cash on his debit card and puts it into a proper investment club in Nigeria, he’ll be a genius. I actually know someone who is doing this to buy informed shares – believe me, if you are knowledgeable you can’t loose.
4. Different people have different risk appetites. You can manage money for your friends by understanding their risk appetites and the avenues that exist. If they are gamblers, go for one of the ponzi’s or pyramid schemes, you’ll never know how much time they have. If you reckon you got to know before most people, then you can trust that there are some “mugus” whose daylight will shine when you have gone to sleep. The best time to invest in some of these schemes is before anybody has a record of collecting money… Noah’s ark was not built in the rain. Selah! If they are however long term focused people who want to take calculated risks, I’ll recommend any company you are sure are dealing in the stock market. Nigerian stocks are penny stocks and are going nowhere but up… you can take that to the bank! I can give you guarantees on some outside of ours if you contact me directly.
5. Finally if all you can do is just send an email or get information across to a loved one, don’t worry, there is something coming up for you soon. I want to be able to put up a post in December 26 this year, for people who have become mega rich by visiting this site and being informed to testify. My vision in this regard is nothing less than 50 Millionaires (that means more than 10 million invested) who are regular visitors and hopefully sponsors for this site.
It started out as an indecent proposal, but now it’s a win-win. Take a look around you, there are people you can help, and you can fashion it into a win win. Talking of win win, I think GGR is a fantastic win-win, go have a look, ensure you read the one page summary. Also watch out for GFS reloaded… coming soon.

I guess am first here today. Let your friend be directly involved in his investment decisions. He doesn’t have to go through a party. Don’t be a surety except there’s a legal agreement duly signed.
Nice one Deolu. So many people seem to be reading but no one commenting(1842 people have viewed this so far). Your will and desire to share knowledge and information openly i can assure you will not go unrewarded. Good post.
Hi D. Nice posts. But do you think people are willing to part wit their hard earned money? Credit card or not. Nigeriams seems to have a bad reputation outside. Every body believes they will be 419ed.
Good Morning,
After reading a publication on the Tuesday’s publication on the NEWS about these High Yield Investment scheme such as Nospetco, Sefteg and other, I was enthused and decided to search via Google for the ad of sefteg. This brought me to ur site. Since then , the 1st thing I do now when I get to the office is to check out what u ‘ve got for ur audience. Deolu, Indeed u are great and there is no doubt that u are truly in your natural environment doing what you know how to do best.
I have been have been seeking good investment avenue and the only ones i could get were forex and equity market. I have never been fortunate enough to get information about these inv. that yield high returns. From ur web, I even discovered that one was even in the office building where i work i.e Greenmind. I ahve paid enquiry visit to them and I also visited Sefteg in their new ad which is just a stone throw from my office.
Do you know what there is one thing I know I have been afraid to take risk when it comes to inv. bacause i realise that it even RISKY NOT TO TAKE RISK. I am a wise investor and I am starting out right away.
On a final note, Deolu dont dissappoint ur audience cos they are always waiting to hear what u’ve got for them at every dawn.
Once again, thank you and keep doing what u know how to do best.
Integrity is really a form of capital. “You don’t need to have your own money to invest, you only need to be trustworthy”.
Personally i believe that people who are trustworthy have near unlimited access to different type of resources.
Reputation is key and must be guarded jelously. No wonder Warren Buffet said ” If you lose some dollars, i will be forgiving but if you lose reputation i will be ruthless”
Nice one again Mr Deolu, i just got to know about this site and im already hooked. May God continue to reward you and increase you in knowledge.
people abroad are always paranoid when it comes to sending home money for investments but i guess this idea is a really smart one
hi deolu,
i dont think it’s advisable to do that kind of a thing except its for someone u know very well and there shld even be an agreement just like lolo said, cos wn it comes to money matter one has to be extra careful.and for some1 that is new in this stuff if anything burst he might not really go down well with him.
just be kiaful sha.wishing everyone a luvly wkend once again.i’m just going on my own (few hrs) hols cos we’ve just been asked to close by 1pm.guess its necessary just to be on the safre side and i op other banks too will release their sttaff early.shalom
Guy be very carefull is all i can say
Deolu,
Nice idea but be careful.
You are assuming the role of a fund manager indirectly. I can see you evolving into something much greater, as long as you maintain your integrity the sky is the limit.
Knowledge is power, I enjoy your postings.
Best wishes.
Hi Deolu,
I think the proposal is fair as long as you earn a percentage for your advisory role. I got a similar proposal from a friend in England but didn’t accept it. I’m not too comfortable with this High Interest investment and I don’t want anybody calling for my head if something happens to any of the companies. I guess I can recommend you to my friend
Hello guys,
Nice upgrade deolu, looked up the site some days ago but couldnt hook up to it guess it was undergoing ‘reforms’ then, anyway nice 1.
Nice write up every1 and i fully agree with lots of the points raised.
i dont blame the chap abroad who wants to invest in naija, thats what the wish ones are doing afterall the ROI in naija is really really high.Ive been living abroad for abot 2yrs now…not that i really wanted to come here oh but had to in other to imrove my earning potentials and also have enuf leftover to invest, its pretty hard to convince some1 abroad to invest in naija co a handful of then actually left when things were pretty bad back home and they seem to have lost confidence in the whole system and are basically not interested.
Long before i even left the shores i kept telling my pals who were abroad then not to forget naija oh tat things dey happen and can only get better and kept drumming it in their ears even since arrival.
ive been in constant touch with naija socially, economically and politically and was justt home very recently to drop a substantial amount of money with one of the HYIP’s and ofcourse my stockbroker gets remittance from me regularly.
well i have no fears or worries about lossing cos ive always known that no pain no gain moreso, over here the only wothwhile investment is the property market for me oh.
Financial empowerment is indeed very important and im seriously thinking of aiding anyone with very bright, productive and lucrative ideas very soon.Ill definitely use this site if i am permitted.
i feel if we all do our bit the world go better.Ok enuf of my boring bit gast to go!!
many thanks and God bless.
You need to know the impact of not having this site on for few days. . .
nice one Deolu, this is an eye opener, especially the write up you want to put up in december, i hope and pray by the grace of God that by investing wisely through all that i have been able to gather from your site, i shall be among those that shall testify.thanks once again for the words of encouragement. keep up the good work!
I really enjoy what you write here, very refreshing and smart. One issue though, I’m running Firefox on Linux and some of your content are a little off. I realize it’s not a popular setup, but it is still something to to keep in mind. Just giving you a heads up.
