4th World War

Einstein is one guy that has had some sort of influence on my thinking. I like it when someone sits at the pinnacle of science, and alludes to the existence of an almighty. Einstein, saw what his generation and many after could not see, and even today, science students still struggle to grasp the concept of relativity fully. Einstein though a scientist became the author of many life applicable quotes. Quotes like, “God does not play dice”, meaning the circumstances that govern the earth are not random. He has so many more. One particular one that I really find interesting is this one

“I know not with what weapons 3rd World War will be fought, but 4th World War will be fought with sticks and stones”

I don’t know if that ranks as a prophecy to you, it’s actually humorous. What Einstein was saying, was that the third world war will be so devastating that technology and indeed civilization will be destroyed, and man will result to the elements. A cartoonist could also see it as saying that if 3rd World countries are so backward, 4 World countries will fight with sticks and stones. Now, whatever Einstein meant, I’m sure he’ll be glad to see these interpretations 🙂

So where are we going with all this clandestine Einstein praise. Not too far, just follow me. It’s still on the topic of HYIPs, last saturday we decided to perform an experiment, we built some awareness for an HYIP meeting, we got a few experts together and discuss this issue of HYIPs. We thought we knew, until the meeting started. They call us 3rd World, but the war we saw going on, was actually a 4th World war. Not only that, the financial war going on, was not with technological tools or fancy, they were literally sticks and stones. Some of these HYIPs didn’t even sit down to plan how they would pay people before the started. When you hear some of the stories, you’ll be shocked! It’s a real war!

In our analysis, we came up with the list of 37 High Yeild Investment Programs in Nigeria. EVen though we wanted to escape classifying some of them as HYIPs, we decided to classify anything that promised more than 5% interest per annum as an HYIP. We came up with 37 of them. We had experts on ground who had consulted EFCC, this gave us EFCC’s perspective. This was very enlightening as well. We also had experts who had met one on one with a number of the MD’s of these emerging HYIps, so we had first hand information about the plight of a good number of them.

We went further on to analyze each one of them based on 3 key indices. Their rate of returns, their authenticity and their models- i.e what they do with the money. Believe me, just looking at the compile report, it looks very interesting. The list of the companies as we have them today are

We also talked about a few others that were about to start this week, also from the great western city of Ibadan. From this meeting we were able to compile a two paged document that gives you the current returns on investment on each of these, the locations, and our analysis of risk levels of each of the investments. We also talked about a few whose time were up already, and were struggling to concort exit strategies. We also chatted about some who were currently offering private placements for week 1-4, can you imagine???! We had an HYIP consultant in this meeting as well, who has regular contact with these HYIPs and tries to help them.

We discovered that the details change regularly, interest rates ,location, efcc standing, frequency of payement, e.t.c. An independent company together with a consultant decided to own this report and make it available monthly. This report is available to whoever is interested. With a token amount (yet to be determined) this document will be updated and made available monthly to interested subscribers. All interested people should mail emoreogho@gmail.com to indicate their interest. All who think it’s a good idea should also indicate how much they would think this monthly update would be worth  here(between 5k to 50k per month). They hope to have a summarized version for 2pages, and a detailed version for about 50pages (certainly a differnt price), they’ll also be hosting monthly meeting for subscribers who are able to attend on current happennings.

At the end of this meeting, we hand picked a few that we could vouch for, we handpicked those who were actually using the money and those who were not. We talked about matters of principle and morality. The law of greater fools, and a lot more.

Be careful where you put your money… it’s a 4th World War.

    Chairman,
    I’m really excited at this opportunity. You know I was present at the HYIP meeting/conference and I still want to buy a copy of this report. You can’t imagine this. Just this afternoon I learnt of another ‘HYIP’ called Swagelok Nig Enterprises. I’m sure by the time the report is being delivered, we’ll be looking at over 40 oppoprtunities. [The Goog/the Bad/ and the Ugly]. Its time to know ‘Who is who’. Please sign me up for the report.

    Cheers

    Arent you tired of all this HYIP this, HYIP that ?

    Its tiring my brother, I personally think enough preaching has gone on about all this HYIP stuff !, please lets move on jare !

    Let people accept responsibility for their investment decisions, lest it be thought, that there is a tacit intention on your part to discourage participation…in any case, I didnt see any of your own schemes listed…or are they “LYIPs” i.e Low Yield Investment Plans ?

    Couldn’t make it for the HYIP meeting/conference.
    I can imagine how informative it was.

    Please keep up the great work on enlightening people on these schemes. Some of these shemes just keep getting crazier by the day.

    Then, it’s actually left for everyone to decide what to invest in or not.

    Olubanker is right Dee.

    I recently attended a forum with like minded individuals where i met an Architect who discussed Real Estate Clubs. Now, do we re-direct our focus or in other words, include this in our to do list as well?

    As far as i’m concerned, the HYIP enthusiasts are just trying to ride high on the wave of the moment, some will go home with good returns, but a lot more will get burnt.

    Hi Deolu,
    Great and good work, you are highly appreciated. God’s grace will continue to increase on you, please don’t faint, the good heart you have towards your fellow Nigerian is seriously appreciated. I’m happy to hear of this development as regards the HYIPs, that report will be a lot helpful and of great assistance for people who have financial intelligence and can control their greed for money.
    Please count me in for the report, i want it as soon as it is published. Never mind people who are saying you talk too much on HYIP’s, i believe all your articles as regards this are very relevant, informative and progressive, a word of wisdom says ‘REPETITION BRINGS PERSUASION’ So i believe a lot of people needs to read more about this HYIP’s so as to invest wisely while some feel they know enough.
    For many of us in Diaspora, we really appreciate your effort and assistance immensely, keep up the great work as you are lead, you will not loose your reward, remain blessed.

    @Deolu

    Have you considered the fact that advertising a report to rate these HYIPs on your site can give tacit recognition to those that would be rated high on the report ?, have you considered the possible liability which your reputation may be open to if the highly rated HYIPs on the report go under ?

    Deolu consider this o !, blogging is reletively new in this country, the volume of traffic you get on your site is really enviable, dont risk it !

    Let us leave the weed and the harvest to grow up together. by the time they start crashing one after the other, then all of us would know what we are talking about. No matter what you say or tell poeople, the principle of “great fools and greater fools” still remain.

    I think this conference was a great initiative and a real eye opener whoever must have attended it. You were there and i believe you’ve got a lot of information for us on it, I will love to be listed for the report, but before the report comes in, i believe you must have made some discoveries about the HYips and you will have some that have very good plans and are worth investing in.

    I will be glad if you can in a way enlighten us on where we can put our money the ones that you believe can stand the test of time and the trust of men. You are a professional with a lot of investments and experince in this field, and i believe that you can give us tips on the ones you strongly believe would work, the ones that has passed the efcc preliminaries and the ones that has got good backend/backbone and well laid out financial plans, the ones that are using the money positively and the ones that uses the money of keke to pay D1..

    Educate us more on this thing because it kills me to have my money in the bank where they invest it, make profits and i have nothing to show for it.. Deolu, please Agbatan La N Gba Ole oo!! I believe the reports should be a thing to help us keep a tab on our investments and guide us into more investments rather than scare us away sending us back to the banks that care less.

    Thanks

    @Olubanker,

    Thanks for your care, I really appreciate it. If you read the article above, this report is being put together by an independent organization. The first thing they told me was their reports will come with a disclaimer agreement that will be signed by the company representatives and the individuals. The report I believe is also good to have for people who are into HYIP. I wish the report will educate people on what to look out for when deciding on the choice of an HYIP to invest in. Personally I don’t get into HYIP but for people who do, it’s good to have such a report available.

    This is all so funny. On one hand you complain about the HYIP on the other hand you want to make money out of the HYIP SCHEME by running a monthly review on them so who is fooling who? You are actually trying to use the HYIP’s to make money from the same populace. This is like a having lecturers selling fake hand-outs and a student analysing the hand-outs so other students can determine which to buy

    Please Deola,Sending the report on the HYIPS will be a great idea and if your team did a good analysis of these HYIPS and were able to find out about the genuine investments then you should indicate with reasons why those HYIPS were selected as in the criteria and what they invest in that could yield so much profit,those that EFCC are kinda suspicios of and all what not.I really think based on that people will be guided as to where to invest their funds and if in case some of those HYIPS fall under I don’t think you would be blamed,remember it was just an analysis.

    HYIP again!!!!!!!!! It seems this Deolu has taken a vow to make sure all these schemes die by force.This is the second time i will comment on this forum and i must say am totally disappointed in your biased and pull down attitude towards these schemes.

    Let pple decide for themselves if they want to invest in any scheme they want.I am surprised Club freedom didnt come up on your list.You only promote schemes you are into on this forum and people rush to these schemes signing under you pushing you up and cycling two times within a short period.

    maintain the stand of an impartial umpire and not take a selfish stand promoting club freedom by cajoling pple to come for seminars,making money from them.

    Please leave HYIPs alone,your advice on the issue is enough.

    N.B I dont have any investment in any HYIP,but find it disturbing your continued reference to them.

    Humm… it hurts my heart when you accuse an innocent mind wrongly, it seems you read your pre- conceived mind into the current article. While you think this article is an expression of Deolu wanting this HYIP’s to die by force, someone earlier commented that the report talked about might even encourage many to put their money into some of these schemes, which is true.
    The fact is many of us participate on this blog just to draw resources (information or inspiration), while Deolu’s team vision is to create forum to help ourselves to be successful in life. Your passion will be different from his, it seems you don’t care about the public but he does.
    If you consciously remain objective and study all the articles he has written about HYIP’s, he only provides information limited by his knowledge, shows pros and cons, give advice on his opinion and then leave each person to take their decision. Remember, GFS is part of the HYIP’s according to the classification in this article, so i wonder why you think he wants them to die. Since you don’t invest in any of these schemes and you are not even thinking of doing so, that’s why it disturbs but please think of many thousands that this article or report will of help to, be tolerant my brother.
    @ ALL
    INVESTMENT IS ALL ABOUT RISK at various degrees. And to be Wealthy, one must invest which means one must take RISK and take it intelligeably. The only platform that provides this is access to accurate information at the right time which i think Deolu and his team are trying to provide in their own capacity, please lets keep appreciating and encourage them. It’s good to criticise sometimes but constructively, God bless you all.

    @Peter and all

    I do not read this forum with a preconceived mind but rather with an open mind,reading and digesting every line.
    While it is very good to have a passion for the masses,there is always a limit to it.If you take time to read all the posts you will find that so many of them are centered around HYIPs(negative stories and sometimes crying wolf where there is no wolf or rather when the wolf is still far away)
    Every sane person knows these schemes will not last so dedicating so much time to stories and analysis on it even in the press does the masses who you have a passion for no good instead it does them more harm.

    You can make your analysis,seminars and forums free for people if the passion is so great.

    @Ade,

    The seminars have been free for two weeks now, and if you really want to know about traffic, go check traffic ratings of any site on Technorati, Alexa, and all those that give traffic rankings on all sites, the number of views could be good, but since it’s not independent, it might not be good enough to go by. I’ll leave others to answer you on other things.

    I also appreciate your criticism and feedback.

    @All,

    I want to say a big thank you for the support, I don’t know most of you, but guess you can read between the lines and discern my true intentions. I’m not perfect, but I strive. I’m not there, but I’m not stopping. I believe one man can change a nation, if he’s able to inspire another to stand and be a role model for something good. Maybe on some things I may be proven wrong, but then, how can we walk except we first crawl?

    I appreciate everyone of the 13000+ people who appear has haven read these articles within the same day the articles are posted. It’s your consistency that keeps me fired on. You also will live the life of your dreams… and you know what?… you ain’t seen nothing yet!

    Ade,
    I think you are misunderstanding Deolu,I read his view on HYIP and also met him in person, in no way is he against this schemes , he only cautions ”thread with utmost care”

    I invest in the HYIP’s in millions of Naira & i’ve been getting returns.Investment is all about risks.

    As for the cost of the Report ;That’s ridiculous .they are out to rip the populace off ;at least, Chairman said i do not need the comprehensive report.

    Hi Deolu,
    Making money is good business. I have come to learn one thing from you….each time you attack these HYIPs, you always stand at the winning side – either to promote your GFS or to make money ( eg. by selling the report above) out of people who have exalted you to the position of a Demi-god in the Investment word.

    Are we not old enough to think for ourselves? Is it not obvious that taking part in HYIPs tantamounts to risk taking of the highest order? Pools and betting abound at all nooks and crannies of Naija. Why haven’t you done an indepth analysis of them? Simple, because you don’t have a Pools and betting Company/outfit.

    Hi All,
    I’ll call this very coded information; CBN recently instructed all so-called “HYIPs” to register with either them or with SEC (Securites and Exchange Commision) or risk freezing of their accounts. Thus the reason why some banks have the no debit, no credit mandate at the moment for these accounts.

    As for registering, they have to put or in banking terms, mobilise N500mm (million) to be kept as a reserve with the CBN for thier business not be declared illegal. As at close of business yesterday, only NOSPETCO had met this requirement. Thus it can be considered that all other HYIPs in town are not legal before the laws of the land. A good number of these HYIPs have good intentions and are involved in very visible and legal businesses however, a large number have not defined thier scope of business, thus the clamp don by regulatory authorities. If a bank considers it okay to close accounts which have in excess of N2-N3bn in their coffers, you can only imagine why they are doing so, they do not want to run foul of the law as well as not be involved with illegal entities.

    For you guys sticking it in HYIPs, it will continue cos they have started reaching out as far as the West Coast of Africa, but hey my fear is with what you all end up doing with the money! CAn we just be like DANGOTE? Try investing the funds in sensible ventures rather than buying of cars and jewelry and maybe then, if anything happens, there will be something worth your while….

    Keep on keeping on

    Tywo,

    As for NOSPETCO meeting up with the requirement, it has to do with thier meeting statutory requirements by CBN which defines their venture as an organisation that gives interest. Only banks are allowed to do this statutorily and CBN has requested that any other exsiting organisation that will do this will have to set aside N500million with them as a reserve.

    NOSPETCO is the only existing “HYIP” thus far that has been able to meet up with the stringent CBN requirement which also includes registering with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as a private entity registered to raise funds legally from the public for its business activities.

    @ Deolu,

    I suggest the price of the summarised 2 pages information should not go above 2k, anything above that is simply expensive and can be classified as a HYIP, just like D4Don said when things like this happen, certain people are bound to benefit and in this case GFS may benefit. Only time ll tell.

    Deolu,

    I believe that in good faith, you should have included your own scheme on the list, and rated it, since you promise 5% monthly, and your cut off was 5% per annum.
    That said, are we expected to pay for the list generated per your discussion, or for monthly updates?

    I believe that the list should be made available free, like all your previous HYIP advice have been. If anyone is interested in monthly update, they can pay for it, but the pros and cons that you discussed should be made for free. I remember that one of the first posts i read on your site was about pros and cons of these HYIP’s and on that basis i made some investment decisions.
    I would like to know what has changed and i really don’t think that this advice should become a product!!!

    Nice One Deolu, however, it surprises me that u would refer to anything above 5% annually as HYIP. Then we might as well just say apart from Bank Investments, all others are HYIP. I think 10% annually is more like it. Come to think of it, the rate at which the NSE is booming, if you invested in the right stocks, u’d have earned more than 5% annually. Ask the people that invested in Dangote Sugar or Oceanic Bank. Should we then call these HYIPs? Anyways, let us assume we all know the kind of investments we’re talking about, Right?

    Nevertheless, I believe this is coming when it matters most. Who would have thought there are almost 40 out there? It will help clarify things for a lot of people. Indeed it shall be a blessing, however, I do not believe it should be sold.

    I read in one of your posts (I think it’s I wept) that u are passionate about education and educating people. This is the time to prove it, as this journal or report is supposed to be both informative and educative.

    It’s good to always look for ways of making money, it’s actually being creative, and I admire u for that, however, it’s not in all situations that one should try to make money.

    I can’t count how many people I’ve told about a few of these schemes, explaining the way they work e.t.c. without haven collected a dime.

    Your compiling it into a document doesn’t make the gesture any different. Since, compiling it into a documented form would cost you some money why don’t u just post it on your blog like u’ve always done with your life-changing information. I believe this is the right thing to do.

    Just a thought.

    Thanks for your thoughts. Like I’ve said over and over again, the report is not my product, it’s the result of some other people’s sweat, I think whoever labors should be rewarded. My blog is free… only because I make money from other things, if I wasn’t, this our love for free things could actually make me starve to death 🙂

    I also did not agree that our investment was an HYIP, I felt we should start from 11%, but then, like I told you, I’m not calling the shots here, so I agreed during the meeting, and yeah we are in the report as well. If you ask me, I’ll tell you most of these things are not investments, they are Gambles and like a new friend who came to check them out from Spain said… they are HYGPs!

    See how many people feel absolutely free to come here and insult me… you know why? Because it’s FREE. I’m not a believer in FREE things, you might not be paying me for reading my analysis but I enjoy it, and I know that there are many rewards on the way for it, it is not always about Naira and Kobo.

    @All
    Talking about what is going on presently with the HYIP’s in wild wild west, I don’t think the information Morakinyo gave is total. Eventhough it is true that GTBank ordered the closure of the accounts of these companies running with her, I learnt also that a meeting held last week between the committee of banks and it was said that they do not have any reason to fear. Infact, Intercontinental Bank who was the first to close the account of these companies was asked to apologize to them. I also learnt Intercontinental Bank is ready to bank for them again.
    Talking about CBN – while it is true they want these schemes registered if they want to continue in this line of business and have set out guidelines including a minimum capital base, the HYIP’s are happy because the deadline to raise the 500million naira is far enough for them to raise the money in the market. However, the fear of EFCC is the beginning of wisdom. EFCC is not likely to visit them so soon too and when they visit, for any company that can prove her source of income, it is safe as it won’t be clamped on.
    Talking about the HYIP report, It is not a bad idea as far as I am concerned. A labourer is worthy of his wages and whether you like it or not, the report has a value add…….It will safe many from making a hell of loss and it will ensure some others make a kill from these schemes. If you are like the man who has become a millionaire in less than one year with an initial investment not more than 10k, you won’t see it a big deal to pay for these information.
    I suspect the guys producing the newsletter have some secret information and it must be very good for Deolu to have gone through it and agreed to put this on his site, why not let us give this a trial?

    Hmmm…This is 4th World War indeed!

    Having read several posts on this site and seen the level of intellectualism displayed by participants on this blog site, I feel rather sorry that anybody should insult anyone for any reason. We still have a long way to go but go will we. We need to learn how to tolerate others and how to treat people with respect. People are entitled to their views! Just make your own view known but be mindful of hurting another in the process. Our law makers are noted for wrestling bouts that would make Wrestlemania wrestlers of old green with envy. If we do not learn how to tolerate others and how to treat people with respect, and also understand that people are entitled to their views, what gives us hope that things will change? Am not a pessimist but rather an incurable optimist. I believe that Nigeria will come to be one of the most desirable nations to live in. I only know that we need a change of attitude.

    NB
    Sorry if I derailed from the thread.

    “HYIP!”

    “LYIP!”

    “…he’s only making money off us joo”

    “…the guy is the messiah we’ve been awaiting…”

    I think “…It’s the story of the Elephant and the 6 blind men…”

    We got a test message this week that sefteg has reduced the monthly payment by 10% which means that monthly payment will now be 20% on the investment.

    Also payment has now been slated for two times in a month. Those who registered btw 1st and 15th will be paid on 15th while those btw 16th and
    30th gets paid on 30th.

    This new position takes effects from June 1st 200.

    Well I really don’t think there’s any cause for worry cos as I read through comments posted by Morankinyo on the 9TH OF JUNE 2007 on the site I found a good reason why I think NOSPETCO has refused to turn up with the divested funds…..

    I think it’s part of what they are using in raising thier own N500,000,000 reserve requirement by the CBN.

    I can only ask whoever this information is useful to, to keep parading thier office and don’t give up hope Im sure they’ll refund your capital

    Hi everyone,

    I am very confident that sufficient disclaimers will accompany the publication. I wouldn’t mind getting it for a token fee.

    I really find it hard to see some of these companies in a bad light (internal inefficiencies aside). The Nigerian economy is currently frustrating for the young businessman, working class citizen and even for medium size companies.

    Any intelligent, profitable, legal avenue I can use to derive more return on my money is MEGA welcome. We all remember that a number of Nigerian banks got into FOREX stunts in the Nineties to make stupendous amounts of money. The CBN ‘stopped’ them at a point, but I don’t see any MDs in jail. They are personally rocking on with that revenue.

    If I laid my hands on N50m and invested it actively in the stock market – I can personally do better than 10% in a month, so please let’s stop screaming when someone opens a door for your mechanic to end up richer than you and you turn your noses up at it cuz it doesn’t follow your previous stereotypes on ‘how much ROI is sensible for 1 month’.

    If you’ve got the liver get on with it. If the whole world cannot be traded in for my soul, then the whole world is not too much for me to own. Let’s just make sure we are getting rich for the right reasons. selah.

    i read a lot of how everyone is so scared of their investments and EFCC, CBN etc…now let me give u a secret..use swiss cash..i have been making thousands of dollars with them for over 5 months now..safe, secure and trustworthy. with multiple opportunities and interests. You can register if u want but u need a referal ID..if u want to use my upline you can use ngene4846001 as your ref ID..there are lots of benefits and a weekly life conference you will benefit from.
    Cheers and best of luck as you earn a minimum of 25% monthly on your investments..no tax..no vat..no frills..no chills..no efcc and no cbn..and u know best of all…you do not lose your capital investment..like sefteg and primehill.

    hello guys,
    i have been watching with keen interest the terrain in this area recently and i tend to agree with derek but i will still say to tread with caution .
    do proper due diligence on these HYIps before putting your money into them. But every body should go on according to his level of Hepatomegaly(liver). I am very interested in the findings from your meeting on the HYIPs and will also like a copy of the document at a token price asap.
    cheers

    @ Mckenzie,

    @Deolu and All,
    i also subscribe to d manual in qusetion, keep up d gud work. whoever sees fire and decides to stick his hand into the fire shd also learn to bite his lips and not cry out in pain. afterall, he/she has heard dat fire burns are painful. dont we all know d risk involved b4 we plunge in? i guess the ‘greed’ factor will limit our perception of the real deal even in d light of the truth.

    Dear Deolu…
    First of all I would like to commend you for the forum designed to keep people well informed on what is going behind the open media.
    I really would appreciate it if you would attend to my post. I really need information on wealth solution. There are members of my family like myself who deposited into the wealth solutions account with the hope to get a return with interest. Right now, I cant help but agree that, yes we should have thought of the risk before getting involved. No tears.
    All the help i need from you now is if you have any information as to how to go about getting back our money even without profit. Just any information you can help provide. I would really appreciate any help you can render. Thanks very much. my email address is al2flex@yahoo.com
