Helping people get jobs is a good thing,but the idea of paying part of the salary sounds scary.I think the best way to do this is by negotiating or bargaining with the job seeker before securing the job.

also i notice yu limit ur distributorship to only Abuja, Lagos and Porthacourt, why not other part of the country. yu can do better. if other are making it, yu can make it. the bible says whatever yu lay ur hands upon shall prosper.
