• In depth experience in the multi-faceted functions in a food and beverage processing company
B) PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
JOB TITLES

4) Laboratory Analysts
REQUIREMENTS
• B1) The production manager should be a highly driven and experienced brewer
• Personal discipline and leadership qualities
• B 2&3) A good B.Sc or HND in any of the following disciplines; Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry etc with appropriate requisite on the job experience in a brewery
• B4) Same as 2&3 above with appropriate requisite quality assurance experience in a food and beverage processing company
C) ENGINEERING

REQUIREMENTS
• C1) A good B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering with proven hands on experience in a brewery or related industry spanning several yrs

• C 2&3) A good B.Sc or HND In Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering with appropriate requisite on the job experience in a brewery or related industry
• C4) OND, City & Guilds Or Final Trade Test Certificate with not less than 2 yrs industrial experience in a brewery or related industry
D) MARKETING
1) Sales Representatives
2) Van Salesmen
• D1) BSC or HND in marketing, business admin or any of the social sciences with a valid drivers license and a proven and demonstrable driving proficiency
• Previous experience in the marketing of consumable products will be an asset
• D2) WASC or equivalent with several years experience in sales and distribution of consumer products
• Candidates with lower qualifications but with proven aptitude and experience may be considered
• Possession of a valid drivers licence and demonstrable driving proficiency are indispensable.
