JOB TITLE: CHIEF MEDICAL DIRECTOR
REQUIREMENTS
•    Must be a qualified Medical Director with a minimum of 12years post registrable  specialty qualification
•    Additional qualification and experience in Business Management is essential
•    Ability to comprehend relevant issues in healthcare service delivery as well as understand the basic principles of modern business management
•    Must have hands-on experience in running an academic department with responsibility for postgraduate training
•    Demonstrable leadership qualities  with exposure to management training will be an added advantage (an MBA or any other top management training will definitely be welcomed)

JOB TITLE: INTERNAL AUDITOR
REQUIREMENTS
•    Must be a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant with ACA or ACCA
•    An MBA from a reputable university will be an added advantage
•    Must have at least 6 years post qualification experience and must have been involved in the internal audit of a publicly quoted company
•    Ability to provide leadership guidance and support to the internal audit department, develops, implements and review audit policies programmes and activities of the department and report directly to the Board.

JOB TITLE: BUSINESS/MARKETING MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
•    A good first degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any Social Sciences
•    A minimum of 5 years experience in a reputable Hospital or service industry is required
•    A MBBs degree and/or MBA or membership Institute of Marketing will be an added advantage

JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
•    B.Sc in Business Administration or Management or any of the Social Sciences
•    At least 8 years post qualification experience in the Human Resource Department of a reputable and well organised public sector establishment
•    Proficient in the use of Computer and modern Human Resource Management Packages
•    Membership of the Chartered Institute of Management is a pre-requisite
