JOB TITLE: DEPUTY DIRECTOR (HRH)

REQUIREMENT

•    Presentable track record in human resource management

•    Good university degrees in business administration or any of the social sciences

•    Min of 15 yrs post qualification cognate experience and must be between the age of 45-50 yrs

•    Members of relevant recognized professional bodies and must be computer literate

•    Must possess excellent communication skills (oral/written) and excellent interpersonal skills

JOB TITLE: DOCUMENTATION OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS

•    Good honors degree (at least second class) in information studies or any of the social sciences

•    Post graduate diploma in archival studies

•    Min of 3 yrs post qualification experience

•    Must be Computer literate and must be familiar with electronic records management systems

HOW TO APPLY
Write or collect application forms from the council’s offices in their respective countries. Candidates in Nigeria may collect the forms from the office of head of national office in Yaba or office of head of research division and headquarters office at Onipanu. Those in Ghana may collect the forms from the human resource management dept at the headquarters office of the council in Accra on the presentation of written requests. They must attach photocopies of their credentials.
The completed forms should be returned through the heads of national office to the director of human resource management.

JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, PPP RESOURCE CENTER (REF: ICRC EDPPP/001)

REQUIREMENT

•    Must have a very good degree in a relevant field with a relevant post graduate qualification

•    Minimum of 10yrs experience in a senior management position

•    Some formal exposure to economics ,finance ,engineering, and/or law would be very useful

•    Must have personally managed a number of public private partnership(PPP) varied international experience in this regard will be an added advantage

JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CONTRACT COMPLIANCE CENTER (REF: ICRC EDCCC/002)

REQUIREMENT

•    Must have a degree in business ,law ,management or development ,economics or a related field with a relevant postgraduate

•    Minimum of 10yrs experience in a senior management position

•    Possession of working understanding of PPP legislation ,regulations, practice notes, standardized provisions and guidelines

•    Should possess excellent organization and documentation skills ;as well as to be able to work with a series of project management software

JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, SUPPORT SERVICES (REF ICRC EDSUP/003)

REQUIREMENT

•    B.SC with a major in Business Adminstration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline with a relevant postgraduate.

•    Minimum of 15 yrs relevant work experience

•    Versatile in budget and budgetary control and financial management ,administration and project financing

•    Should be an excellent motivator and an effective problem solver

JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL ADVISER, DIRECTOR GENERAL’S OFFICE (REF: ICRC TADG/004)

REQUIREMENT

•    B.SC in a relevant field with a postgraduate degree in Economics ,Finance or Engineering with proven specialist knowledge in public and private sector policy development and administration

•    Minimum of 10 yrs professional experience and must be strategic in thinking and implementation

•    Possess effective interpersonal ,communication and negotiation skills

JOB TITLE: HEAD COMMUNICATIONS (REF: ICRC HDCOMM/005)

REQUIREMENT

•    B.SC with a relevant postgraduate qualification with a minimum of 10yrs successful and verifiable experience in communications management

•    Should currently occupy a management office with team managerial responsibilities

•    Able to develop and drive the internal and external communications strategy of the ICRC

JOB TITLE: HEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT (REF: ICRC HDINT/006)

REQUIREMENT

•    Graduate of Accounting/Financial management and must be a qualified chartered accountant (ICAN)

•    Minimum of 10 yrs experience of developing audit procedures and conducting audits within similar organizations

•    Must have demonstrable credibility and integrity
