JOB TITLE: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
•    A university degree or equivalent in Accounting, Banking and Finance
•    Membership of professional association such as ACA, ACCA is a requirement
•    At least ten yrs post qualification experience
•    Computer literacy with experience in using accounting software is compulsory

JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
•    A university degree or higher diploma in Agriculture, Engineering, Extension Services, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Project Management and any other relevant degree
•    At least 12 yrs post qualification experience
•    Previous experience in rural development projects or extension services shall be considered as additional advantage
•    Computer literacy is compulsory.

JOB TITLE: PROJECT OFFICER-MONITORING AND EVALUATION
REQUIREMENTS
•    At least a first degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Natural Sciences, Rural Development and related fields
•    At least 5 yrs post qualification experience part of which must relate to monitoring and evaluation of community based initiatives
•    Computer literacy is compulsory and experience in community driven development (CDD) is an added advantage

JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
REQUIREMENTS
•    At least a first degree or HND in Accounting, Banking And Finance Or related fields
•    At least 5 yrs post qualification experience
•    Computer literacy is compulsory

JOB TITLE: INTERNAL AUDITOR
REQUIREMENTS
•    A university degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance
•    Or membership of professional association such as ACA, ACCA or their equivalents or Higher Diploma in Accounting or Banking and Finance
•    At least 5 yrs post qualification experience. Computer literacy is compulsory

JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS
•    A university degree in any of the Social Sciences or Humanities
•    At least 5 yrs post qualification experience
