REQUIREMENTS
• B Sc in banking, finance, Accounting or any related field
• MBA or relevant post graduate experience.
• ICAN
• ACA is compulsory).
• 3 years experience in banking or retail financial services experience
• Demonstrable strategic intelligence known-how
• Demonstrable understanding of the dynamics and mechanism of wealth creation chain of micro banking operations
• Proven track record of working in financial institution
• Strong business development and leadership skills
• Honesty, ethical and customer service oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and team building ability to mobilize staff to achieve results.
• IT literacy
